भारत के नियन्त्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक (अंग्रेजी: Comptroller and Auditor General of India संक्षिप्त नाम: CAG) भारतीय संविधान के अध्याय ५द्वारा स्थापित एक प्राधिकारी है जो भारत सरकार तथा सभी प्रादेशिक सरकारों के आय-व्यय का लेखांकन करता है। वह सरकार के स्वामित्व वाली कम्पनियों का भी लेखांकन करता है। उसकी रिपोर्ट पर सार्वजनिक लेखा समितियाँ ध्यान देती है। नियन्त्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक ही भारतीय लेखा परीक्षा और लेखा सेवा का भी मुखिया होता है। इस समय पूरे भारत की इस सार्वजनिक संस्था में ५८ हजार से अधिक कर्मचारी काम करते हैं। भारत के नियन्त्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक का कार्यालय ९ दीनदयाल उपाध्याय मार्ग पर नई दिल्ली में स्थित है। वर्तमान समय में इस संस्थान के मुखिया शशिकान्त शर्मा हैं। वे भारत के बारहवें नियन्त्रक एवं महालेखापरीक्षक हैं।
