शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate

1. Post Name: Assistant General Managers (Scale V)

2. Eligibility Norms:

i. Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB

ii. Having minimum 2 years of banking अनुभव in Chief Manager cadre (Scale IV) in Public Sector Bank/ Old Private Sector Bank/ New Generation (Minimum as VP/DVP) Bank with expertise in General Banking & operations / Credit / Treasury / International Banking Division / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management/ Recovery / Legal. (Minimum 20 years of Banking अनुभव).

iii. Willing to work at Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu and at any place in India

3. The वेतन will be based on the industry standards.

1. Post Name: Chief Managers / Regional Development Managers (Scale III & IV)

2. Eligibility Norms:

i. Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB who are willing to manage field operations as well as branches

ii. Having minimum 3 years of banking अनुभव in Scale 2/Scale 3 Cadre in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking अनुभव as Senior Manager in New Generation Bank with expertise in General Banking / Credit / Treasury / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management. (Minimum 15 years of overall Banking अनुभव for RDM and 12 years for Scale IV)

iii. Willing to work at any place in India

1. Post Name: Branch Managers / Deputy Managers (Scale I, II & III)

2. Eligibility Norms:

i. Professionally qualified/Post Graduate/Graduate – preferably with JAIIB/CAIIB

ii. Having minimum 3 years of banking अनुभव as an Officer / Manager in Public Sector Bank/Old Private Sector Bank or having minimum 5 years of banking अनुभव as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager in New Generation Bank with adequate knowledge in General Banking & operations / Credit / Treasury / International Banking Division / Technology / Retail Banking/CASA Marketing/ NRI Marketing/ Sales Management/ Recovery / Legal.

iii. Willing to work at any place in India
