शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Technical Assistant (Computer and Electronics): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Computer Science and Technology / Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication from any recognized University or Institute.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
(i) Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University / Institute.
(ii) Two years अनुभव as Lower Division Clerk / Equivalent posts in University / Research Establishment / Central State Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in the reputed Private Companies/ corporate banks with a minimum annual turnover of at least Rs. 200/- Crores or more.
(iii) Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Speed in Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm.

Laboratory Attendant: 10+2 with Science stream from any recognized Central / State Board OR 10th Pass from any recognized Central / State Board with Science as one of the subjects and skill certificate programme in Laboratory Technology.

INR
Level-4 Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 40 Years.

The Central University of Jammu came into existence on August 08, 2011, with the appointment of the first Vice-Chancellor. It was established by the Central Universities Act, 2009

The first academic session (2011-2012) commenced with three Post Graduate courses in English, Economics and Applied Mathematics at Temporary Academic Block-I (TAB-I) at Sidhra bypass road, Jammu. In the next academic session (2012-2013),five PG Courses were added: Computer Science, Educational Studies, Environmental Sciences, Human Resource Management and Travel & Tourism Management in Temporary Academic Block (TAB-II) at Sainik Colony Extension.
