शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or Institute with certificate of competency as Skipper (Fishing Vessel) or Mate (Foreign Going) or Master (Near Coast Vessel) issued by the Merchantile Marine Department and possessing live years अनुभव on board a Fishing Vessel or Bachelor's degree in Fishery Science (Nautical Science) of a recognized university or institute with five years अनुभव in the field of fisheries on board a fishing vessel or fisheries development activities.
