Skills / Eligibility

Applications are invited from Indian Nationals for direct recruitment in the grade of प्रशिक्षु Pilot [Group ‘A’ Gazetted] in कैबिनेट सचिव, Government of India Organisation. The post carries the pay scale in Level 10 of Pay Matrix [minimum pay of Rs. 56,100/- & allowances as per CCS(RP) Rules, 2016]. Candidates possessing the following Educational Qualification and prescribed age are eligible for the above mentioned post:-

1. Position: प्रशिक्षु Pilot [Group ‘A’ Gazetted]

2. No of Post: 06

3. Educational & Technical Qualification: 50% marks and above in Higher Secondary or equivalent with a valid Commercial Pilot Licence or Helicopter Pilot Commercial Licence from Director General Civil Aviation (DGCA).

4. वेतन: Level 10 of Pay Matrix [minimum pay of Rs. 56,100/-

Selection Procedure

Selection process for the above grade shall take into account the marks obtained by the candidates in subjects namely

(a) Air Navigation

(b) Air Regulation

(d) Technical General and

(e) Technical Specification in Flight Crew License Examination (FCLE), conducted by Central Examination Organisation of DGCA. Marks scored in FCLE out of maximum 500 marks in the said subjects shall be divided by 5 and the figure obtained would be treated as written score out of maximum 100 marks. Final selection shall be based on marks obtained in FCLE (Maximum Marks -100), Pilot Aptitude related Psychometric Test (qualifying in nature) and Interview (Maximum Marks - 25).

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

Closing Date : 29/04/2022

1. Applications of all the eligible candidates will be arranged in the order of merit as per marks secured in the said FCLE. Out of eligible candidates, only five times the number of vacancies will be called for interview, as per merit.

2. Eligible candidates applying for the above-mentioned post must submit self-attested copies of certificates in respect of age, educational qualification and result card issued by the Central Examination Organisation, Commercial Pilot Licence, अनुभव, etc. Candidates claiming for age relaxation must submit a certificate issued by the Competent Authority along with the application as per the standard format annexed.

3. Persons, who are already in Government Service, should submit their applications through their respective offices and should enclose a “No Objection Certificate” obtained from the Competent Authority. Applications received directly are liable to be rejected.

4. Any cutting or overwriting in any part of the application form will render it liable to be rejected. Candidates are, therefore, advised to take special care while filling out the application form. Do not leave any column blank. Incomplete/unsigned applications without requisite certificates will be rejected.

5. The envelope containing the application (along with requisite certificates and Two self-attested recent passport size color photographs with name & DOB on the back) should be clearly superscribed as “Application For The Post Of प्रशिक्षु Pilot” and sent through ORDINARY POST addressed to Post Bag No. 3003, Lodhi Road Head Post Office, New Delhi-110003.
