General Manager (Production): Full time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 20 years post qualification relevant executive अनुभव in Chemical Industry in PSU/ large Private Sector Industry, out of which 08 years should be in Senior Managerial level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in Chemical Industry.

Deputy General Manager (Maintenance): Full time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication t Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with 16 years post qualification relevant executive अनुभव in Chemical Industry in PSU/ Large Private Sector Industry, out of which 05 years should be in Senior Managerial level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in Chemical / Fertilizer Industry. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line अनुभव in Ammonia-Urea complex.

Deputy General Manager (MM): Full Time Degree in Engineering or MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in [Materials [Management with minimum 16 / 14 years post qualification relevant executive अनुभव out of which atleast 05/04 years should be at Senior Management Executive अनुभव in line in a PSU/Large private sector industry in [Materials / Management. Preference will be given to candidates having in-line अनुभव of Import Business in Fertilizer/ Chemical Industries.

Deputy General Manager (Marketing): Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or MBA with specialization in Marketing with minimum years qualification Executive with 16 post अनुभव in line in PSU/large Private Sector Chemical Industry out of which atleast 05 years should be at Senior Management level with proven knowledge modern technological developments in Chemical Industry. The candidates requires an aggressive, well motivated person with proven record in organizing Marketing of Agriculture inputs, preferably fertilizer on India basis.

Deputy General Manager (Instt): Full time B.E./B.Tech. Degree in instrumentation /Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Comm./ Electronics & Telecommunication with minimum 16114 years post qualification relevant out of which atleast 05/04 years should be at Senior Management level अनुभव in line in a PSU/Large Private Sector with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in instrumentation. Preference will be given to candidates having inline अनुभव in Fertilizers/Chemical.

नामरूप उर्वरक परिसर 01/04/02 से हिंदुस्तान फर्टिलाइजर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड से द्वि-विशाखन के बाद ब्रह्मपुत्र वैली फर्टिलाइजर कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड के रूप में नाम दिया गया था। यह असम में डिब्रूगढ़ जिले के दक्षिण-पश्चिमी सीमा में दिल्ली नदी के तट पर स्थित है। यह भारत में पहला कारखाना है, जो नाइट्रोजन उर्वरक के उत्पादन के लिए बुनियादी कच्चे माल के रूप में प्राकृतिक गैस का इस्तेमाल होता है।

साठ के दशक तक नामरूप देश के बाकी हिस्सों के लिए नहीं जाना जाता था। नहार्कातिया क्षेत्र में तेल और प्राकृतिक गैस की खोज गैस के समुचित उपयोग पर एक गंभीर सोच को बढ़ावा दिया। जो अन्यथा भड़का जा करने के लिए किया जाना था। ब्रह्मपुत्र वैली फर्टिलाइजर कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (बीवीएफसीएल) डिब्रूगढ़ जिले के दक्षिण पूर्वी सीमा में असम के सुदूर पूर्वी भाग में स्थित है। इसके अक्षांश और देशांतर क्रमशः 27010’N और 95021’E हैं और मतलब समुद्र स्तर से ऊपर 123 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है।
