Appointment Of व्यापार संवाददाता पर्यवेक्षक On Contract Basis In Jalgaon Region

3. Eligibility For Retired Bank Employees Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) of any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager may be appointed for the purpose. Retired clerks and equivalent of बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा having passed JAIIB with good track record. All Applicants should have rural banking अनुभव at least 3 years.

i. For Other Candidates: Minimum qualification should be graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however qualification like M.Sc (IT)/ BE(IT)/ MCA/MBA.

4. Period of Contract The contract will be initially for a period of 12 months subject to review after every 6 months.

5. Reporting Authority & Performance Review: The BC supervisors will report directly to the FI Coordinators at Regional Offices. Deputy Regional Heads, looking after financial Inclusion activities, will review the performance of the BC supervisors on half-yearly basis. Based on the recommendation of the Dy. Regional head and after assessing performance of the BC Supervisors, the Regional Heads will accord approval for further continuation/ termination of the BC Supervisor.

6. Termination of services: Either party can initiate for termination of contract by giving 30 days’ notice. However, in case of non-satisfactory conduct /misbehavior, bank reserves the right to terminate the contract instantly without any prior notice. The authority for deciding such cases will be Regional Head. Bank will blacklist the Supervisors who are involved in fraud and a list should be circulated to Zones/Regions at regular intervals to avoid engagement in any other Zone/Regions.

7. Remuneration: Monthly Remuneration will Comprising both fixed and variable components. The variable components will be ascertained based on the score secured by each BC agent on various parameters.

i. Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000/-

ii. Variable Component: Rs. 10,000/-

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.

Selection Procedure

Selection and Approval of BC Supervisor: The selection will be held through an interview process by a committee headed by Regional Head. Based on the recommendations of the committee, the Regional Head would approve the appointment of individual BC Supervisor.

बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा भारत का सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का बैंक है। भारतीय स्टेट बैंक और पंजाब नैश्नल बैंक के बाद यह इस क्षेत्र का तीसरा सबसे बड़ा बैंक है। बैंऑब की कुल परिसंपत्ति 1785 अरब रू है, 3000 शाखाओं और कार्यालयों का तंत्र है और लगभग 1000+ एटीएम हैं। इसकी बैंकिंग सेवाओं में बैंकिंग उत्पाद और वित्तीय सेवाओं से लेकर कंपनीयों और फुटकर ग्राहकों को सेवाएं प्रदान करना है। बड़ौदा के महाराज सयाजीराव गाइकवाड़ तृतीय ने इस बैंक की स्थापना 20 जुलाई, 1908 को गुजरात के देशी राज्य बड़ौदा में की थी। इस बैंक का अन्य 13 प्रमुख वाणिज्यिक बैंको के साथ 19 जुलाई, 1969 को भारत सरकार द्वारा राष्ट्रीयकरण कर दिया गया।
