शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
(i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department or
(ii) with five years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in post in level 10 of the pay Matrix or
(iii) with Six years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in [post in level 8 of pay matrix or
(iv) With Seven years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in post in level 7 of the pay matrix and (b) having five years of अनुभव in personnel and Administrative or Judicial work. Desirable: Possessing a degree in law from a recognized University.

सैलरी कितनी मिलेगी:
INR
80000/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 65 Years.

The Armed Forces Tribunal Act 2007, was passed by the Parliament and led to the formation of AFT with the power provided for the adjudication or trial by Armed Forces Tribunal of disputes and complaints with respect to commission, appointments, enrolments and conditions of service in respect of persons subject to the Army Act, 1950, The Navy Act, 1957 and the Air Force Act, 1950.It can further provide for appeals arising out of orders, findings or sentences of courts- martial held under the said Acts and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
