शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): “MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management / Cooperative Management/Agri Business Management / Rural Development Management” from the recognized University / Institutes approved by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. (or) A 2-year course on PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) awarded by an educational institution accredited by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)/ University Grants Commission (UGC) And Proficiency in computer is essential.

आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सहकारी बैंक लिमिटेड, (APCOB) का गठन आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सहकारी बैंक लिमिटेड, विजयवाड़ा और हैदराबाद सहकारी एपेक्स बैंक लिमिटेड, हैदराबाद के समामेलन द्वारा आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सहकारी के तहत किया गया था। ऑपरेटिव बैंक (गठन अधिनियम) 1963 (1963 का अधिनियम 12) और 4 अगस्त 1963 को कारोबार शुरू किया। इसके बाद आंध्र प्रदेश सहकारी केंद्रीय कृषि विकास बैंक लिमिटेड, हैदराबाद को 1994 के अधिनियम संख्या 14 के तहत विलय कर दिया गया और इसे पंजीकृत माना जाता है। 1964 से आंध्र प्रदेश सहकारी समिति अधिनियम VII के तहत एक सहकारी समिति के रूप में 30 अप्रैल 1994। तब से APCOB DCCB के माध्यम से निवेश क्रेडिट (LT) और शॉर्ट टर्म (ST) दोनों के लिए पुनर्वित्त प्रदान कर रहा है। आरबीआई ने एपीसीओबी को लाइसेंस संख्या: आरपीसीडी.सीओ-ओपी (एच)-1/05.08.01/2009-10 के तहत 22.02.2010 को लाइसेंस जारी किया। APCOB का स्वर्ण जयंती वर्ष वर्ष 2013 में मनाया गया था।
