शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Chief of Flight Safety:
i. A broad aviation/technical education.
ii. A sound knowledge of commercial operations, in particular flight operations procedures and activities.
iii. अनुभव as a flight crew member preferably on type of aircrafts operated by the AAI or Aviation Engineer.
iv. अनुभव in aircraft accident/incident investigation, safety audits and accident prevention work of minimum ten years.
v. The ability for clear expression in writing.
vi. Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
vii. Computer literacy.
viii. The ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the Company.
ix. Organisational ability.
x. To be capable of working alone (at times under pressure).
xi. Good analytical skills.
xii. To exhibit leadership and an authoritative approach.
xiii. Be worthy of commanding respect among peers and management officials.

Safety Manager:
i. Should possess technical background and at least five years of operational अनुभव in aviation, to understand the systems that support operations or the product/service provided by the organization. These personnel could be Pilot/Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/ Dispatcher/ Load & Trim Sheet Personnel/ Cabin Crew.
ii. Should be trained on Safety Management System as per the requirements of para 1 Appendix 'B'to CAR Section 1 Series C Part I.
iii. Minimum three years of अनुभव either in Safety Management or quality management in aviation which may include accident/incident investigation, collection & analysis of safety data and the distribution of related safety information, audits and inspections etc.
iv. Interpersonal skills.
v. Analytical and problem-solving skills. II. Project management skills; III. Oral and written communications skills.
IV. An understanding of human factors.

INR
75000-150000/- Per Month

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 65 Years.

भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (ए ए आई) कुल 125 विमानपत्तनों का प्रबंधन करता है जिसमें 11 अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन, 8 सीमा शुल्क विमानपत्तन, 81 घरेलू विमानपत्तन तथा रक्षा वायु क्षेत्रों में 25 सिविल एंक्लेव शामिल हैं। सुरक्षित विमान प्रचालन हेतु भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण सभी विमानपत्तनों एवं 25 अन्य‍ स्थानों पर जमीनी अधिष्ठापनों के साथ संपूर्ण भारतीय वायु क्षेत्र एवं समीपवर्ती महासागरीय क्षेत्रों में वायु ट्रैफिक प्रबंधन सेवाएं (ए टी एम एस) भी प्रदान करता है।

इलाहाबाद, अमृतसर, कालीकट, गुवाहाटी, जयपुर, त्रिवेंद्रम, कोलकाता एवं चेन्नई के विमानपत्तन, जो आज अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन के रूप में स्थापित हैं, विदेशी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एयरलाइनों द्धारा भी प्रचालन के लिए खुले हैं। कोयबंटूर, त्रिचुरापल्ली , वाराणसी एवं गया के हवाई अड्डों से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय उड़ानों के अलावा राष्ट्रीय ध्‍वज वाहक भी प्रचालन करते हैं। केवल इतना ही नहीं अपितु आज आगरा, कोयबंटूर, जयपुर, लखनऊ, पटना आदि के विमानपत्तनों तक टूरिस्‍ट चार्टर भी जाते हैं। भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण ने मुम्ब्ई, दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, बंगलौर एवं नागपुर के विमानपत्त्नों के उन्नयन के लिए तथा विश्वस्तरीय मानकों से बराबरी करने के लिए पर एक संयुक्त उद्यम भी स्थापित किया है।
