शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Professor: Ph.D.

Associate Professor: Ph.D.

Assistant Professor: Ph.D.

अनुभव (अनुभव):
Professor: 10 years after Ph.D. or 13 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) out of which 07 years are to be after Ph.D.; At least 04 years to be at Associate Professor level with AGP of Rs.9500/level 13A2 and/or at least seven years to be Associate Professor with AGP of Rs.9000/Level of 13A1 in an institution of repute.

Associate Professor: 06 years after Ph.D. or 09 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) out of which 03 years should be after Ph.D. Three years at the level of Assistant Professor Grade-I, Level-12 or equivalent in a reputed University, R&D lab or relevant industry

Assistant Professor: Three years after Ph.D. or 06 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) after obtaining M. Tech. Degree.

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Fresh appointment beyond the age of 60 years in case of Professor, 50 years in case of Associate Professors and 35 years.

Application Fee: The candidates of OBC-NCL and EWS categories are required to pay non-refundable application fee of Rs.1,000/- only whereas the candidates of other reserved categories are required to pay non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- only. Selection Process: Selection will be done in two phases. In the first phase, the shortlisted candidates are required to appear for presentation on teaching and research in their specialization. The second phase involves interview by the Selection Committee.

ग्वालियर, मध्य प्रदेश में भारतीय सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और प्रबंधन संस्थान (आईआईआईटीएम) 1997 में भारत सरकार, मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय (एमएचआरडी) द्वारा स्थापित एक स्वायत्त संस्थान है। यह एमएचआरडी द्वारा प्रबंधन के क्षेत्रों में पेशेवर बनाने की दिशा में एक प्रयास है। यह संस्थान सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (आईटी) और व्यापार प्रबंधन के क्षेत्रों में उच्च शिक्षा, अनुसंधान और परामर्श की सुविधा के लिए बनाया गया था। प्रारंभ में आईआईआईटीएम के रूप में शुरू किया गया, इस संस्थान को तत्कालीन प्रधान मंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी का सम्मान करने के लिए 2002 में एबीवी के साथ उपसर्ग किया गया था।
