Engagement Of अनुभवd Persons With कंपनी सचिव Qualification in LIC of India on Contract Basis

1. Post Name: कंपनी सचिव - Middle level management

2. Vacancies: 01

3. CTC (Per Annum): Rs. 15 to 20 LAKHS

4. Contract Period: Three years, renewable yearly or for lesser period at the sole discretion of LIC

5. Educational Qualification as on 01.12.2021: Graduate from a recognized University ( Essential) कंपनी सचिव ( Essential) Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

6. Post qualification relevant अनुभव as on 01.12.2021: Minimum 10 years of अनुभव in listed companies and atleast 4 years अनुभव in Secretarial Department of a listed company

7. Place: Mumbai

8. Job Profile of कंपनी सचिव - Middle level management - (Number of post- 1):

i. Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the LIC Act, 1956, Rules and Regulations made thereunder, SEBI guidelines and other laws applicable to the Corporation;

ii. Handling Board, Committee, Shareholders meetings including Agenda, minutes and ATRs for the same;

iii. Preparation of Corporate Governance Report;

iv. Matters pertaining to Shareholders’ Servicing, demat, remat, issue of Share Certificates, co-ordination with RTAs, depositories, SEBI and Stock exchanges;

v. Update the amendments in applicable laws or new Laws applicable to the Corporation, Circulars issued by SEBI / Depositories / Exchanges from time to time along with action required to ensure compliances with the amended/new laws;

3. CTC (Per Annum): Rs. 8 to 10 LAKHS

4. Contract Period: Three years, renewable yearly or for lesser period at the sole discretion of LIC

5. Educational Qualification as on 01.12.2021: Graduate from a recognized University ( Essential) कंपनी सचिव ( Essential) Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

6. Post qualification relevant अनुभव as on 01.12.2021: Minimum 1 year अनुभव in Secretarial department of listed company

7. Place: Mumbai

8. Job Profile of कंपनी सचिव - Junior level management - (Number of posts- 2)

i. Ensuring compliance with the provisions of the LIC Act, 1956, Rules and Regulations made thereunder, SEBI guidelines and other laws applicable to the Corporation;

ii. Handling Board, Committee, Shareholders meetings including Agenda, minutes and ATRs for the same;

iii. Preparation of Corporate Governance Report;

iv. Matters pertaining to Shareholders’ Servicing, demat, remat, issue of Share Certificates, coordination with RTAs, depositories, SEBI and Stock exchanges;

v. Ensure compliances, timely filings, submissions, etc applicable to the Corporation under various Regulations including but not limited to compliances and filings under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 etc.;

vi. Handling Concurrent, Internal and External audits, Inspections by SEBI / IRDAI / Exchanges or any other bodies;
