संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा चिकित्सा सलाहकार पदों के लिए भर्ती - हिंदी रोज़गार

Applications are invited from Doctors (allopathic), who have retired or will retire by 31.12.2021, for engagement as चिकित्सा सलाहकार purely on contract basis, in the Office of UPSC as per the following details:-

1. Post Name: चिकित्सा सलाहकार

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Eligibilit: Doctors who have retired from any Hospital Dispensary. He/She should posses Masters Degree in Medicine from Government or CGHS any recognized University or Institute.

4. Remuneration Per month: To be calculated by deducting the pension from the Basic Pay drawn at the time of retirement. The Consultant shall also be entitled for Transport Allowance at the rate applicable to him/her at the time of retirement.

5. Subject: -Engagement of Retired Doctor as चिकित्सा सलाहकार purely on contract basis in the office of संघ लोक सेवा आयोग- reg.

6. Period of engagement: The engagement shall be initially for a period of one year which may be extended or cutailed depending upon the performance of the Consultant or functional requirement of the Office with the approval of the Competent Authority.

7. Remuneration: A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract and there will be no annual increment percentage increase during the contract period. No DAHRA, residential accommodation shall be admissible.

8. Transport Allowance An appropriate and fixed amount as Transport Allowance for the purpose of commuting between the residence and the place of work shal be allowed at the rate applicable to the appointee at the time of retirement. No TA/DA is admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion. However, the Consultant would be entitled to draw TA/DA as per normal rules as applicable to any serving Officer of an equivalent rank in UPSC whenever he is required to travel outside Delhi in connection with the work of the Commission.

9. Scope of Duties: During the period of such engagement, the Consultant would be required to perform the duties of a General Duty Medical Officer and thus provide health care to Hon'ble Chairman/Members of the Commission, Advisors/Experts invited for various purposes, Staff of the Commission and Candidates etc.

10. Leave The Consultants will be entitled for the paid leave at the rate of 1.5 days for each complete month of service. Accumulation of leave beyond calendar year may not be allowed.

Selection Procedure

The engagement will be purely on contract basis. Application received in response to this advertisement will be shortlisted on the basis of अनुभव and qualification of applicants. Consultant will be selected from shortlisted candidates. UPSC reserves the right to reject any application without mentioning any reason.
