शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Retired Staff

Subject: - Engagement of Retired Central Government Servants on contract basis at Section Officer Level सलाहकारs in the office of संघ लोक सेवा आयोग- reg.

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग invites applications from the Central Govt. servants who have retired or will retire by 31.03.2022 as Section Officers or equivalent-level from any Ministry/ Department or its attached/ subordinate offices for preparation of panel for engagement as सलाहकारs at Section Officer Level in the Office of UPSC as under

1. Post Name : सलाहकारs

2. No of Post : 10 (Ten) SO Level सलाहकारs

3. Eligibility :

a. Should have retired as Section Officer or equivalent level from any Ministry/ Department or its attached or subordinate offices of Central Govt.

b. Should have sound knowledge of Service Rules, Regulations, Noting & Drafting

c. Should have working knowledge of computer application required in day to day functioning of office.

4 .Remuneration Per month : To be calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement, as per D/o Expenditure OM dated 09.12.2020. A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract and there will be no annual increment / percentage increase during the contract period. No DA/HRA, residential accommodation shall be admissible.

Selection Procedure

1. The engagement will be purely on contract basis. Application received in response to this advertisement will be shortlisted on the basis of अनुभव and qualification of applicants. सलाहकारs will be selected from shortlisted candidates.

2. UPSC reserves the right to reject any application without mentioning any reason.
