शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, Diploma, B.Lib, M.Lib

1. Post Name: Assistant Engineer (Civil/Electrical)

2. Among the Junior Engineers (Civil/ Electrical) Degree/Diploma holder with at least 03 years of regular service in the cadre.

1. Post Name: Senior Assistant

2. Amongst the Assistants, Hindi Assistant, Assistant Archivist or other incumbents of ex- cadre posts working in the Pay Level 05/Pay Level 04 with minimum period of 03 years regular service in the cadre.

1. Post Name: Professional Assistant

2. Amongst the Semi Professional Assistants working in the University with at least 03 years regular service in the grade and possessing the following:

3. Post Graduate with B.Lib.Sc./ BLISc. (M.Lib. will be considered a postgraduate degree in this respect) program each of one weeks duration as SPA

4. Attended at least two computer trainin conducted by Delhi University Library System (DULS) or from a recognized/registered institution for conduct of Library related computer training program.

2. Amongst the Laboratory Assistant with at least three years of regular service in the cadre in the concemed department.

2. Amongst the Junior Library & Information Assistants (JLIA) now designated as Library Assistant with at least three years regular service in the grade and possessing the following:

3. Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline OR any other higher qualification with B. Lib. Sc./B.L.I. Sc.

4. Successfully attended two computers training program of one weck duration each as Junior Library conducted by DULS or training of comparable duration from recognized registered institution.

5. Note: The requirement of 05 years for promotion/03 years for LDE may be relaxed if the incumbent Library Assistant has a total of 10 ycars of अनुभव, including अनुभव in lower grade at Pay Level 1 or above.

2. Amongst the Junior Assistants/Carctaker working in the pay scale of Pay Level 02 with minimum period of 03 ycars regular service in the cadre.

2. Amongst the Library Attendants working in the University with at least 03 year regular service in the grade subject to the fulfillment of minimum qualification for Direct भर्ती.

1. Post Name: Junior Assistant

2. Amongst the matriculate employees working in the University with minimum period of 03 years regular service in the cadre. Employees from Library and Laboratory cadre will not be eligible for the LDE.
