2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
3. अनुभव :
a) Minimum 3 years of professional अनुभव in administration
b) Relevant work अनुभव at the national or international agencies
c) Additional अनुभव in maintaining accounts, HR, logistics, administration, management and the procurement of goods & services is desirable
d) Knowledge of UN systems (ATLAS, etc) will be an asset
e) Demonstrates strong administration and facilitation skills
f) Builds strong relationships with clients, focuses on impact and result for the client, and responds positively to feedback
g) Good teamwork skills
h) Ability to work and coordinate with large and complex teams
i) Excellent communications, organizational and interpersonal skills
j) High-level of IT/computing skills (minimum: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
k) Excellent in ERP-based financial management
l) Good drafting and writing skills in English
m) Ability to work independently and under minimum supervision
n) Acting as a team player and facilitating teamwork
o) Self-development, initiative-taking
4. Language requirement : Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Hindi is essential
