Name of the Post : व्यक्तिगत सलाहकार 2. Type of Contract : Individual Contract 3. Post Level : National Consultant 4. Languages Required : English and Hindi 5. Education: A first-level university degree is required. Having a formal qualification (diploma/degree) in instructional designing and technical writing would be an advantage. 6.अनुभव: A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible अनुभव in the planning, designing and development in the Instructional Designing field. Having अनुभव with technical writing would be an advantage.

Selection Procedure
1. Evaluation Criteria: The award of the contract shall be made to the individual consultant whose offer has been evaluated and determined as response and having received the highest score out of a pre-determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria specific to the solicitation.
a) Technical Criteria weight - 70%.
b) Financial Criteria weight - 30%.
c) Only candidates obtaining a minimum of 49 points (70% of the total technical points) would be considered for the financial evaluation.
2. Criteria for Technical Evaluation:
a) Qualification – 10 marks.
b) Relevant Work अनुभव – 60 marks.
c) Financial Evaluation Criteria:
3. Technically qualified consultants will be requested to submit their lump sum rate i.e. consultants who score more than 70% i.e. 49 marks with respect to the above-mentioned evaluation criteria. Consultant should not specify their consultancy fee on their CV or with the submission. The CV will not be evaluated further in case the consultant submits the same.
