शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): PG Diploma, MSW
1. Post Name: व्यक्तिगत सलाहकार – Technical Expert_Insurance_Pension Initiatives
2. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, INDIA
3. Languages Required : English
4. Duration of Initial Contract : One Year
5. Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Support in mainstreaming of insurance and pension initiatives
b. Develop pool of community cadre/master trainers-training, deployment and management
c. Customized modules and protocols shared by NMMU and if required develop state specific modules and materials
d. Mentor/monitor/guide staff at state, district and block team to ensure effective rollout of the activities
e. Represent at different forums and liaison with different line departments and NMMU related to the mission activities and reports
f. Facilitate planning, managing and budgeting at various levels
g. Provide support in programme, systems, data and fund management activities in the state
h. Any other task assigned by reporting officer.
6. Required Skills and अनुभव: Post Graduate degree or diploma (equivalent) preferably in Rural Development/Rural Management, Master in Social work and relevant field.
7. अनुभव: Minimum 05 years of relevant अनुभव in related sector with अनुभव of design, planning and working in large scale projects of government/non-government organisation at state/national level.

Selection Procedure
1. Preliminary shortlisting would be done based on the following criteria:
2. Educational Qualification 30 marks.
3. Relevant अनुभव 40 marks.
4. Interview for 30 marks
5. Those who obtain a minimum 70% of total 70 marks (Educational Qualification & Relevant अनुभव) will be eligible to appear for the interview.
6. Interview for the shortlisted candidates would be either conducted face to face in Bangalore or by telephone/over skype.
7. The contract shall be awarded on the merit basis.
