शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Masters Degree
1. Post Name: Strategic Partnerships Specialist (Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore) NPSA10
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
a. The Partnership Specialist will work under the overall leadership and guidance of the Head, Communications and Strategic Partnerships in the establishment of strategic partnership with the private sector, foundations, multilateral and bilateral institutions.
b. She/he is expected to develop and help implement strategies and suitable operational modalities for the private sector by building networks with the private sector, foundations, and apex industry bodies; identifying and developing partnership projects.
c. The Partnership Specialist will coordinate efforts with the State teams and thematic experts for building linkages with the programme areas and the pilots implemented. The Partnership Specialist will be a senior leader with managerial skills to mentor other team members.
3. Education: Masters or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
4. अनुभव:
a. Minimum 5 years of relevant अनुभव in business development or partnerships for development or any other related field Additional years of relevant अनुभव is highly desirable
b. Strong knowledge of partnership development tools Thorough understanding of CSR strategies and high level corporate and institutional partnerships Additional years of relevant अनुभव is highly desirable
c. Previous अनुभव and understanding of the UN and private sector an added advantage. Language Requirements:
5. Fluency in English is essential – both oral and written. Working knowledge of Hindi is required.
