शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.A
1. Post Name: IC-Senior Consultant- Employment and Entrepreneurship
2. Location: New Delhi, INDIA
3. Type of Contract : Individual Contract
4. Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Lead discussion with the MSDE for design and development of specific interventions within “PROGRESS”
b. Preparation/ review of detailed MSDE related progress reports (monthly/ quarterly)
c. Assist project managers in review and monitoring of all on-field activities including monitoring the activities of the support agency / partners,
d. Support identification of appropriate local partner/s, technical support agency/s, government departments etc. and foster partnership for project implementation
5. Educational Qualifications: Postgraduate in Business Management/Development Studies/Social sciences
6. अनुभव:
a. 10+ years’ अनुभव in the domain of skilling, employment, and entrepreneurship
b. 3+ years’ अनुभव of working with government, bi/multi-lateral agency and/or UN Agency
c. Excellent communications and documentation (MS Word, Excel) skills in English
7. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential
8. Duration of the Assignment: 11 months

Selection Procedure
1. Evaluation Criteria
The award of the contract shall be made to the individual consultant who meets the technical requirements stated above along with the financial offer being evaluated. Technically qualified consultants will be requested to submit their daily fee rate i.e., consultants who score more than 70%.
2. Only candidates obtaining a minimum of 49 points (70% of the total technical points) would be considered for the Financial Evaluation.
i. Technical Criteria weight – 70%
ii. Financial Criteria weight – 30 %
iii. Technical Criteria (70% of total evaluation)
3. Minimum of 10 years of अनुभव in the development sector, especially in areas of skilling, livelihoods – 10%
4. Demonstratable technical expertise in the thematic areas – skills & employment, women economic empowerment, or improving public systems for delivery of services and prior अनुभव of working with the Ministry of Skill
i. Development and Entrepreneurship – 30%
ii. Proven demonstrable अनुभव in writing large scale competitive proposals – 30%
iii. Financial Proposal:(30%)
5. Technically qualified consultants will be requested to submit their lump sum rate i.e. consultants who score more than 70% i.e. 49 marks with respect to the above-mentioned evaluation criteria
