शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.A, MPA
1. Post Name: Coordination Officer – Gender Equality and Youth Development (Open to Indian Nationals Only)
2. Duration of Initial Contract: One Year (Renewable subject to availability of funds)
3. Expected Duration of Assignment: One Year (Renewable subject to availability of funds)
4. Education: Master’s degree in international development, Gender, Human Rights, Public Administration or Social Sciences.
5. अनुभव: At least six years of proven professional अनुभव in working on gender equality and youth issues. अनुभव in providing technical support and strategic coordination with different stakeholders and partners, (e.g., national or state government, civil society, international organizations). Ability to design, manage and monitor programmes for women and young people an asset. Ability to write good quality knowledge products for use in advocacy and policy development. Good knowledge/अनुभव with grassroots organisations is an asset.
6. Language Requirements: Good spoken and written English and a national language.
