शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.Phil/Ph.D

Online applications are invited from bonafide citizens of India for the selection of candidates for recruitment to 40(forty) vacancies

Essential Qualification: i) A Master's Degree with 55% of the marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned / relevant/ allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (BWI') conducted by the UGC or the CSIR or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/ SET or who are or have been awarded a Ph. D degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M. Phil/ Ph. D Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their amendments from time to time as the case may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET

Provided, the candidates registered for the Ph. D program prior to July 1 1, 2009 shall be governed by the provisions of the then existing Ordinances/ By Laws/ Regulations of the Institution awarding the degree and such Ph. D candidates shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of सहेयक प्रोफेसर or equivalent positions in Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:-

a) The Ph. D degree of the candidate has been awarded in a regular mode ;

b) The Ph. D thesis has been evaluate by at least two external examiners;

c) An open Ph. D viva voce of the candidate has been conducted;

d) The candidate has published two research papers from his / her Ph. D work, out of which at least one in a referred journal;

The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his /her Ph. D work in conferences/ seminars sponsored/ funded/ supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency. The fulfillment of these conditions is to be certified by the Registrar or the Dean ( Academic Affairs) of the University concerned.

(B) The Ph. D degree obtained from a Foreign University/ Institution with a ranking among top 500 in the World University Ranking ( at any time) by any one of the following : (i)Quacquare11i Symonds(QS) (ii) The times Higher Education (THE) or (iii) the Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University ( Shanghai) Note:- NET/SLET/SET shall not be required for such Masters Degree Programmes in disciplines for which NET/ SLET/SET is not conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/ SET. (e.g. Kokborok and Engineering discipline).

4. Desirable: Knowledge in Bengali or Kok-borok.

5. Scale of Revised Pay of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC of Rs. 57,700 ( 57,700 - 1,82,400)

आयु सीमा (Age Limit): Maximum 40 years as on 04/05/2022. Relaxable by 5(five) years in case of SC/ST/PH candidates and Government servants. However, the SC/ST/Govt. Selection Procedure

1. The selection procedure will be governed as per of the notified scheduled of the post of सहेयक प्रोफेसर Government General Degree Colleges.

2. If the application is not routed through proper channel, at the day of interview candidates will have to submit 'no objection' certificate failing which his/ her candidature will not be considered for preparation of final merit list. In that no-objection certificate, it is to be clearly mentioned that your employer has 'No-objection' if you are considered for recruitment to the post for which you have applied for.

3. Decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate at any stage of the selection process shall be final.

4. Candidates are instructed to visit the Commission's website for information regarding steps of recruitment process time to time. 8. Mobile Phone/ Electronic Gadgets etc. are banned in the Campus of the Examination Premises / Interview Premises. Any Phone/ Electronic Gadget found in possession of any candidate in the Examination Premises / Interview Premises shall be confiscated forthwith and he/she may be debarred from appearing at the Examination /interview and also for the Examination(s)/lnterview to be conducted by the Commission in future Violation of such instruction will be dealt as per Law.

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

1. The last date of submission of online application is 04.05.2022 (upto 5.30 PM). The application (s) received after the closing date will not be entertained.

2. Information in details regarding the posts are available in the Commission's Website www.tpsc.tripura.gov.in

3. Online Application Portal:

(a) Candidates will have to submit application through Online Application Portal only. The Commission will not entertain any hard copy application. Before submission of online application, read carefully the instruction to candidates.

(b) Online Application Portal will be available on Commission's website from 05/04/2022 to 04/05/2022 (5.30 PM). Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio- data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission's Website viz. tpsc.tripura.gov.in. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her reøstered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through the Commission's website.

(c) Applicants should avoid submitting multiple applications. However, if due to any unavoidable circumstances, any applicant submits multiple applications then he/she must ensure that the application with latest Receipt Number is complete in all respect.

(d) In case of multiple applications, the application with latest Receipt Number shall only be entertained by the Commission and fee paid against one Receive Number shall not be adjusted against any other Receipt Number.

4. (a) Candidates are required to submit self attested copy of certificates in support of their claims regarding Age, Educational Qualifications, Permanent Resident Certificate/Citizenship Certificate, Scheduled Castes/Schedu1ed Tribes, अनुभव Certificates, API score and others, if mentioned in the application in the receipt section of the TPSC . Submission of such documents will be allowed up to 10(ten) days of closing date of receipt of Online application i.e. within 19.05.2022 along with printed copy of Online Application falling which candidature will be treated as cancelled. The Commission will not entertain any application thereafter.

b) Applicants must be in possession of the prescribed minimum qualification(s). The mere issue of admission certificate to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the Commission. On scrutiny of documents, if a candidate found ineligible as per terms & condition of the Advertisement (including prescribed भर्ती fee) his / her candidature will be rejected.

लोक सेवा आयोग के गठन के लिए प्रावधान पहले के अनुच्छेद 96C के तहत इंडिया एक्ट, 1919 शामिल किया गया था। इसके बाद 1923 ‘ली आयोग’ के स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से गठित किया गया था। सिद्धांतों / नियमों और लोक सेवा आयोग की शर्तों को तैयार करने के बाद, ‘ली आयोग’ को संघीय लोक सेवा आयोग की सिफारिशों को भारत में स्थापित किया गया था पहली बार इसे 1 अक्टूबर 1926 को प्रांतीय लोक सेवा आयोग की स्थापना की।

त्रिपुरा राज्यस्थापना 21 जनवरी 1972 को हुई। त्रिपुरा लोक सेवा आयोग (TPSC) की स्थापना 30 अक्टूबर, 1972 को भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 315 के प्रावधानों के तहत।Sri G.P.Bagchi पहले अध्यक्ष और श्री I.K.RoyTripura Public Service Commission (TPSC ) के पहले सदस्यथे। आयोग वर्तमान में त्रिपुरा के पुराने विधानसभा अखौरा रोड, अगरतला में स्थित है।
