This recruitment is to fill up the vacancy under the project entitled "Epidemic preparedness through rapid vaccine development: support of Indian vaccine development aligned with the global initiative of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI)"

1. Position: Chief Project Director

2. No of Post: One post

3. Pay Scale: Rs. 1,16,000/-

4. Minimum Qualifications & अनुभव:

MD or M.Tech or equivalent or Ph.D or corresponding degree in any area of Life Sciences/ Medical Sciences from a recognized university with at least 20 years of post-qualification research, scientific and administrative अनुभव in the relevant field.

5. Job description/responsibilities:

a. Chief Project Director (CPD) will be responsible for the overall scientific administration of IndCEPI activities at THSTI.

b. It involves coordination with various Ministries/ Departments/ Institutions like ICMR, MEA, DGCI and global partners such as Wellcome Trust, BMGF etc. to fulfill the mandate of Ind-CEPI mission.

4. On successful submission of application, an auto-generated email containing the reference number will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep a note of the reterence number for future corespondence.

5. Candidates are required to keep a printout of the online application form by using the print button on the dashboard for future reference.

6. Candidates must ensure that he / she fulfils all the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement. If it is found that he / she does not fulfil the stipulated criteria during the recruitment process, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled. If the same is noticed after the appointment, the candidate will be terminated following due process.
