शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Tech/B.E, M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.E/M.Tech, M.Phil/Ph.D

1. Project : Exploring selective ASK-1 interactome for the discovery of small molecules against NASH: a PPI driven advanced computational approach

2. Name of the post : Project Associate II

3. No of Post : 01

4. Minimum Qualification and अनुभव : B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Pharma/ Bioinformatics/Biotechnology /Computational Science with two years of post-qualification research अनुभव.

5. Desirable Qualification & अनुभव : Familiarity with Molecular Modeling, Molecular Dynamics Simulation and visualisation packages (eg. GROMACS, AMBER, PyMol, Chimera). Coding or scripting अनुभव (e.g. Python, PERL or C/C++) will be preferable

6. Monthly Emoluments : i) Rs. 35,000/- +HRA Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests CSIR UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Department and their agencies and institutions) ii) Rs.28000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above

1. Project : To investigate maternal susceptibility to air pollution for the risk of lower birth weight using blood DNA methylation variations

4. Minimum Qualification and अनुभव : Master degree in Mathematics/Physics/ Computer Science/Statistics or equivalent from a recognized University

5. Desirable Qualification & अनुभव : Candidates should have interest in (a) MULTIVARIATE DATA ANALYSIS, Nonparametric methods and simulation (b) Applying probability and statistical theories for population and clinical studies

6. Monthly Emoluments : i) Rs. 31,000/- +HRA Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests CSIR UGC NET including lectureship or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Department and their agencies and institutions) ii) Rs.25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above

1. Project : Developing HIV broadly neutralizing antibodies as a prevention product for global access through antibody half life extension engineering

4. Minimum Qualification and अनुभव : Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences /Engineering/ Technology from a recognized University with three year's of post-qualification अनुभव in the relevant field. Proven अनुभवs in expression and protein purification, production using different types of column chromatography, different biophysical and biochemical assays, अनुभव in handling

5. Desirable Qualification & अनुभव : अनुभवs in mammalian cell culture, transfection Molecular biological techniques like, PCR, RT- PCR, Cloning, Expression, analysis of DNA sequences • Immunological techniques such as ELISA, Western blotting, virus neutralization assays.

6. Monthly Emoluments : Rs 67,000/- pm

1. Project : Metabolic associated liver disease (MAFLD) in lean and obese: search for disease and progression biomarker

2. Name of the post : Senior Project Associate

3. No of Post : 01

4. Minimum Qualification and अनुभव : MSc in Biological Sciences/ Bioinformatics/ Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university with four years' of post qualification अनुभव in R&D with at least one first author research papers in Science Citation indexed (SCl) journal. OR PhD in Biological Sciences/ Bioinformatics/ Computer Science or associated fields with at least one first author research papers in Science Citation indexed (SCl) journal.

5. Desirable Qualification & अनुभव : Research अनुभव in bioinformatics- with knowledge of Statistics and/or programming. Programming ability in Perl/R/Python/Java or any other scripting language. Demonstrated अनुभव in high throughput omics data analysis and अनुभव of creating analysis pipelines

6. Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 42,000/- +HRA

4. Minimum Qualification and अनुभव : PhD in Biological Sciences/ Bioinformatics/ Computer Science or associated fields from a recognized University with one year postqualification अनुभव. At least two first author research papers in Science Citation indexed (SCl) journal.

5. Desirable Qualification & अनुभव : Expertise in high-throughput data analysis for metabolomics /lipidomics (LCMS based). Statistical analysis of data using R, python, SAS or STATA Should have good writing and Presentation skills

6. Monthly Emoluments : Rs. 49,000/- +HRA
