Direct भर्ती for the posts of सहायक प्रबंधक (Rajbhasha) and सहायक प्रबंधक (Protocol & Security) in Grade ‘A’-Panel Year-2021 1. Post Name: i. सहायक प्रबंधक – Rajbhasha 2. No of Post: 09 i. सहायक प्रबंधक – Rajbhasha - 06 3. Job requirements: सहायक प्रबंधक – Rajbhasha (i) Translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa of various references, documents, manuals and other publications of the Bank and arranging for printing thereof; (ii) Implementation of Government instructions regarding use of Hindi in the Bank; and (iii) Administration of Hindi Teaching Scheme for the Bank's staff. 4. Essential: सहायक प्रबंधक – Rajbhasha (i) Second Class Master's Degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor's Degree level; OR (ii) Second Class Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the Bachelor's Degree level along with Post Graduation diploma in translation; OR (iii) Second Class Master's Degree in Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with English and Hindi as subjects at the Bachelor's Degree level along with Post graduate diploma in translation. (In lieu of a subject of Hindi at Bachelor's Degree level, one may have recognized Hindi qualification equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree); OR (iv) Master's Degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation, of which one must be Second Class. 5. Desirable: Knowledge of bi-lingual word processing. 6. Job requirements: सहायक प्रबंधक – Protocol & Security He/She will be responsible for (i) Watch and Ward arrangements as to internal security for guarding treasure vaults, passages, entry and exit points, surveillance through CCTV, monitoring, recording etc., in the Bank's Office Buildings (ii) Protocol duties (iii) Maintenance/Security of Bank's properties, and (iv) Control over the staff deployed for the purpose. 7. अनुभव (as on March 01, 2022):: The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in the Army/Navy/Air Force. 8. I. Pay Scale: For Grade 'A' Officers: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹44,500/-p.m. in the scale of ₹44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85880-3300(1)-89150 (17 years) applicable to Officers in Grade ‘A’. They will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Special Allowance and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately ₹90,100/- (approx.), which do not include the amount of HRA.

Selection Procedure
1. Selection will be through examination and interview. Date, Time and venue of examination will be mentioned in the Admit Card to be downloaded from RBI website (www.rbi.org.in) at the appropriate time. Examination will have two Papers, Paper I - (Objective type) Online and Paper II - [(Computer/paper based) Written Examination]
2. In Paper-I, there will be negative marking for every wrong answer. The Paper-II examination will be of one-hour duration carrying 50 marks to assess candidates’ ability to undertake translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa and basic knowledge of Official Language Policy of Government of India.
3. Paper-I and Paper-II examinations will be conducted on same day in the same session without any break. Question papers of Paper-I (except English language test) and Paper-II will be set bilingually in Hindi and English. Candidates can answer examination in Hindi or English (as applicable) at their option. Candidates can opt for interview in Hindi or English.
4. Paper-II of only such candidates who score sufficiently high aggregate marks and minimum qualifying marks in each test in Paper-I, as decided by the Board, would be assessed. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on total marks obtained in Paper-I and Paper-II. Final selection will be done based on performance in examination and interview taken together.
आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. Website Link Open for Online Registration of Applications and Payment of Fees/Intimation Charges: March 28, 2022 to April 18, 2022 (till 6.00 PM)
2. Date of Examination: May 21, 2022 (Date to be confirmed in Admit card)
(a) Candidates are required to apply only online using the website www.rbi.org.in and no other means/mode of application will be accepted. Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available at Appendix-I of the detailed advertisement which is available on the Bank's website www.rbi.org.in.
i. The applicants are advised to submit a single application; however, if due to any unavoidable situation, if he/she submits another/multiple applications, then he/she must ensure that application with the higher Registration ID (RID) is complete in all respects like applicants' details, examination centre, photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwriting undertaking, fee etc.
ii. The applicants who are submitting multiple applications should note that only the last completed applications with higher RID shall be entertained by the Board and fee paid against one RID shall not be adjusted against any other RID.
(b) All candidates, whether already in Government Service, Government owned industrial undertakings or other similar organisations, whether in a permanent or temporary capacity or as work charged employees other than casual or daily rated employees or those serving under the Public Enterprises are required to submit an undertaking in the Online application that they have informed in writing to their Head of Office/Department that they have applied for the Examination.
iii. Candidates should note that in case a communication is received from their employer by the Board withholding permission to the candidates applying for/appearing at the examination, their application will be liable to be rejected/candidature will be liable to be cancelled. At the time of joining, the recommended candidates will have to bring proper discharge certificates from their PSU/Government/Quasi -Government employer.
3. Last Date Of Receipt Of Applications: The Online Applications can be filled up to April 18, 2022 till 06.00 PM.

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक RBI (Reserve Bank of India) भारत का केन्द्रीय बैंक है। यह भारत के सभी बैंकों का संचालक है। रिजर्व बैक भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था को नियन्त्रित करता है। इसकी स्थापना 1 अप्रैल सन 1935 को रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इण्डिया ऐक्ट 1934 के अनुसार हुई। प्रारम्भ में इसका केन्द्रीय कार्यालय कोलकाता में था जो सन 1937 में मुम्बई आ गया। पहले यह एक निजी बैंक था किन्तु सन 1949 से यह भारत सरकार का उपक्रम बन गया है। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के वर्तमान गवर्नर हैं, जिन्होंने 4 सितम्बर 2013 को पदभार ग्रहण किया। पूरे भारत में रिज़र्व बैंक के कुल 22 क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय हैं जिनमें से अधिकांश राज्यों की राजधानियों में स्थित हैं। मुद्रा परिचालन एवं काले धन की दोषपूर्ण अर्थव्यवस्था को नियन्त्रित करने के लिये रिज़र्व बैंक ऑफ इण्डिया ने 31 मार्च 2014 तक सन् 2005 से पूर्व जारी किये गये सभी सरकारी नोटों को वापस लेने का निर्णय लिया है।
