शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Candidates Should have held the rank of Petty Officer or Equivalent and have seven years service / अनुभव as such in the appropriate technical branch of the army, navy or air force OR Diploma in Aeronautical or Electrical or Mechanical or Telecommunication or Automobile Engineering OR Matriculates with Approved Apprenticeship and 5 years अनुभव in the trade.
