Skills / Eligibility
The LMRF invites interested candidates to apply for the position to be filled on contract for a period of 12 months initially and to be extended based on performance of the candidate and requirement of the institute. TISS/ADVT/LMRF May 2022 1. Position: Senior Program Manager 2. Educational Qualifications: Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the Master’s Degree in social sciences/ Management. Minimum 10 years of अनुभव in managing academic programs/projects 3. Remuneration: Consolidated Pay of INR 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) per month

Selection Procedure
1. The shortlisted candidates will be sent a call letter and link for the online interview.
2. Verification of documents: The shortlisted candidates are required to send scanned copies of their coloured passport size photograph, self-attested photocopies of relevant certificates in support of the essential qualification & अनुभव. Original certificates will be verified only for the selected candidate at the time of appointment

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. The candidates are requested to apply online through the link (Apply Now) provided along with this advertisement on the Institute's website at www.tiss.edu.
2. The candidates are requested to take a print of the acknowledgement of the online application and keep it for future reference.
3. The last date for submission of online applications will be 20th May, 2022.
Important Instructions:
1. The Institute reserves the right to relax qualifications of the candidate based on the work अनुभव and to relax age in the case of persons already holding comparable positions in a University/Research Institution of repute.
2. The Institute reserves the right to invite persons for interview who may not have applied for as per the above procedure and not fill up the vacancy advertised.
3. Since applications received may be short listed, merely possessing the prescribed qualifications and the requisite अनुभव would not entitle a person to be called for interview.
4. The post is unreserved, but candidates belonging to reserved category can apply.
5. No queries or correspondence regarding issue of call letter for interview/selection of candidates for the post will be entertained at any stage and canvassing in any form is strictly prohibited and will lead to the candidate being debarred from consideration for the post.
6. The candidate under employment must produce 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer to appear for interview.
7. No TA/DA is payable for appearing for the interview.
8. In case of any inadvertent error in the advertisement and in the process of recruitment, which may be detected at any stage, even after issue of appointment order, the Institute reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidate(s).

टाटा समाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान भारत का एक प्रमुख सामाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान है। यह मुंबई के अन्दर देवनार में स्थित है। टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान 1936 में स्थापित किया गया था, तब इसे ‘सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल’ के नाम से जाना जाता था। भारत में सामाजिक कार्य का पहला स्कूल, टीआईएसएस शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टता के माध्यम से समाज कल्याण के उद्देश्य के साथ एक अग्रणी प्रयास था, जो कि सर दोराबजी टाटा ट्रस्ट की एक विशेषता थी। 1944 मे सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल का नाम बदलकर टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान कर दिया गया। वर्ष 1964 में संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) भारत के द्वारा एक विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। इस संसथान की चार शाखाएं हैं – मुम्बई, हैदराबाद, तुल्झापुर और गुवाहाटी। वर्ष 1936 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से ही यह संस्थान सामाजिक विज्ञान, मानव विकास, लोक नीति तथा अर्थनीति के क्षेत्र में भारत के अग्रणी संस्थानों में से एक रहा है।
