Call for Walk-In Interview for the Post of ‘ Lead Executive- Accounts & Finance ’ ( One Post ) on Contract Basis at TISS- School of Voctional Education, Mumbai Candidates are invited for one post of ‘ Lead Executive- Accounts & Finance ’ to be filled on contract basis for a period of two year initially and extendable based on performance of the employee and requirements of the Institute. 1. Post Name: Lead Executive- Accounts & Finance 2. No of Post: 01 3. Monthly Remuneration: INR 32,000 per month (Consolidated) Commensurate with educational qualification and work अनुभव. 4. Location: Mumbai (Candidate should be ready to relocate) 5. Job Description: a. Responsibilities to handle complete Accounts Payable & Receivables. b. Preparation of Monthly Financial MIS. c. Daily Bank Reconciliation of all bank accounts. d. Verification and Scrutinizing of expenses of staff like travelling expenses, monthly expenses, adhering to the policy and their reimbursements and settlement of advances. e. Verification of keeping record of receivables. Handling accounts receivable functions. f. Prepare Debtors & Creditors Reports. Ensure timely payments of Utility Payments E.g. Internet, Telephone, Electricity, Rent etc. 6. Essential Qualification & अनुभव. (a) Minimum 4 years of अनुभव in the field of accounts & finance 7. No. TISS/SVE/April/2022/02 01 April 2022
(b) 2 years Post Graduate Degree in Accounts & Finance
(c) Excellent knowledge of Ms Office & Tally ERP 9 (mandatory)
(d) Excellent written and verbal communication
(e) Good knowledge of Accounting & Finance

Selection Procedure
a). The interview process will have following stages:

टाटा समाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान भारत का एक प्रमुख सामाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान है। यह मुंबई के अन्दर देवनार में स्थित है। टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान 1936 में स्थापित किया गया था, तब इसे ‘सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल’ के नाम से जाना जाता था। भारत में सामाजिक कार्य का पहला स्कूल, टीआईएसएस शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टता के माध्यम से समाज कल्याण के उद्देश्य के साथ एक अग्रणी प्रयास था, जो कि सर दोराबजी टाटा ट्रस्ट की एक विशेषता थी। 1944 मे सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल का नाम बदलकर टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान कर दिया गया। वर्ष 1964 में संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) भारत के द्वारा एक विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। इस संसथान की चार शाखाएं हैं – मुम्बई, हैदराबाद, तुल्झापुर और गुवाहाटी। वर्ष 1936 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से ही यह संस्थान सामाजिक विज्ञान, मानव विकास, लोक नीति तथा अर्थनीति के क्षेत्र में भारत के अग्रणी संस्थानों में से एक रहा है।
