Prayas invites interested candidates to apply for the post of Senior Accounts Manager (on contract for two years).

1. Name of the Post: Senior Accounts Manager (On contract for two years)

2. No. of Vacancy: 01 Post

3. Consolidated वेतन: Approximately Rs. 45000 to Rs. 50000 per month (including TA for field work), subject to अनुभव (negotiable in case of deserving candidates).

4. Nature of appointment: Contract basis from March 1, 2022 to March 31, 2024 (2 Years).

5. Qualification and अनुभव: Masters in Commerce with at least 55 per cent or an equivalent grade in a point scale. The candidate must have completed a course of MSCIT and TALLY from a government recognized institution and have minimum six years of work अनुभव in the field of Finance and Accounts. Preference will be given to those candidates who have:

a) Completed ICWA/CA/MBA (Finance) or CA/ICWA (Intermediate) with five years of work अनुभव.

b) Good knowledge of finalization of accounts of charitable organizations, charitable trusts statutory requirements, and expertise in direct and indirect taxes.

c) Good knowledge of maintenance of books of accounts as per foreign accounting norms, and knowledge of Home Ministry returns.

d) Excellent knowledge of budgeting and multiple accounting & finance management.

e) Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently.

f) अनुभव in working on ERP software.

g) Proficiency in Word, Excel, Tally and Power Point.

Selection Procedure

1. Shortlisted candidates will be informed e-mail and mobile phone. Interviews are scheduled during the third or fourth week of February, 2022.

टाटा समाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान भारत का एक प्रमुख सामाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान है। यह मुंबई के अन्दर देवनार में स्थित है। टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान 1936 में स्थापित किया गया था, तब इसे ‘सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल’ के नाम से जाना जाता था। भारत में सामाजिक कार्य का पहला स्कूल, टीआईएसएस शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टता के माध्यम से समाज कल्याण के उद्देश्य के साथ एक अग्रणी प्रयास था, जो कि सर दोराबजी टाटा ट्रस्ट की एक विशेषता थी। 1944 मे सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल का नाम बदलकर टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान कर दिया गया। वर्ष 1964 में संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) भारत के द्वारा एक विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। इस संसथान की चार शाखाएं हैं – मुम्बई, हैदराबाद, तुल्झापुर और गुवाहाटी। वर्ष 1936 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से ही यह संस्थान सामाजिक विज्ञान, मानव विकास, लोक नीति तथा अर्थनीति के क्षेत्र में भारत के अग्रणी संस्थानों में से एक रहा है।
