Advertisement No: SIMHA-RIMC-TISS/05.01.2022 1. Name of the posts: Program Coordinator 2. No of posts: 01 (Part-time) 3. Location: TISS, Mumbai. 4. Remuneration: Rs.56000/- per month 5. Duration: 11 months. The Project coordinator will report directly to the Project Director and oversee daily activities of the team. 6. Job profile: Strategy development and planning for project implementation. Monitoring project budget and tracking expenditures/transactions. Overseeing the project’s day to day activities. Supervising the team of research officers and program officers working with the project. Overseeing all administrative tasks managed by the Program Administrative Staff. Manage communications through media relations, social media etc. Networking, building and nurturing connections with organizations and other stakeholders for project outreach and partnerships. Contributing to and supporting the team in research writing and resource development. Planning and facilitating training programmes on-field/ online. Maintaining comprehensive records of project plans, documentation and progress reports. 7. Eligibility for desirous candidates. Have completed a Phd degree in Psychology or Mphil in Psychology with 2 years of अनुभव. Have previous अनुभव in working with schools/adolescent mental health and also with managing teams and/or leading programmes. Possess good writing and communication skills in English. Have proficiency in the use of computers for the purpose of documentation, data analysis and use of virtual platforms for training. Have relevant expertise in research analysis and writing

टाटा समाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान भारत का एक प्रमुख सामाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान है। यह मुंबई के अन्दर देवनार में स्थित है। टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान 1936 में स्थापित किया गया था, तब इसे ‘सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल’ के नाम से जाना जाता था। भारत में सामाजिक कार्य का पहला स्कूल, टीआईएसएस शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टता के माध्यम से समाज कल्याण के उद्देश्य के साथ एक अग्रणी प्रयास था, जो कि सर दोराबजी टाटा ट्रस्ट की एक विशेषता थी। 1944 मे सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल का नाम बदलकर टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान कर दिया गया। वर्ष 1964 में संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) भारत के द्वारा एक विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। इस संसथान की चार शाखाएं हैं – मुम्बई, हैदराबाद, तुल्झापुर और गुवाहाटी। वर्ष 1936 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से ही यह संस्थान सामाजिक विज्ञान, मानव विकास, लोक नीति तथा अर्थनीति के क्षेत्र में भारत के अग्रणी संस्थानों में से एक रहा है।
