शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): M.A, M.Phil/Ph.D
1. Name of the post: Field Work Supervisor
2. No of posts: 04
3. Nature of engagement: Part-time – 4 days a week
4. Location: No preference – Online work
5. Remuneration: Rs. 45000/- per month (taxes will be cut at source)
6. Duration: 4.5 month (24th January to 7th June, 2022)
7. Eligibility:
a. MPhil in Clinical Psychology from RCI recognized University or PhD in Psychology with specialisation in Clinical/Counselling Psychology OR
b. M.A. in Applied/Clinical/Counselling Psychology with a minimum of 2 years of अनुभव of psychotherapy and counselling work OR
c. Practitioners with prior अनुभव in providing supervision and training will be preferred.
d. The posts are for supervisors for 3 areas of specialisations. Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant work अनुभव/expertise in one or more of these areas.
8. Job Description:
a. Providing Psychotherapy/Counselling supervision to students placed in varied settings including schools, NGOs, Community organisations and hospitals.
b. To provide individual and group supervision sessions and help students conceptualise client concerns and plan and deliver promotive/preventive, counselling and psychotherapy interventions.
c. To review weekly plans and field work reports (and psychological assessment reports) of the students.
d. Liaise with the agencies to facilitate student counselling work (individual or group).
9. Temporary Positions – This is a temporary position for Field Work Supervisors for M.A. Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling) in the School of Human Ecology for a period of 4.5 months.

टाटा समाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान भारत का एक प्रमुख सामाजिक विज्ञान संस्थान है। यह मुंबई के अन्दर देवनार में स्थित है। टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान 1936 में स्थापित किया गया था, तब इसे ‘सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल’ के नाम से जाना जाता था। भारत में सामाजिक कार्य का पहला स्कूल, टीआईएसएस शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टता के माध्यम से समाज कल्याण के उद्देश्य के साथ एक अग्रणी प्रयास था, जो कि सर दोराबजी टाटा ट्रस्ट की एक विशेषता थी। 1944 मे सर दोराबजी टाटा सामाजिक कार्य स्नातक स्कूल का नाम बदलकर टाटा समाज विज्ञान संस्थान कर दिया गया। वर्ष 1964 में संस्थान को विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग (यूजीसी) भारत के द्वारा एक विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। इस संसथान की चार शाखाएं हैं – मुम्बई, हैदराबाद, तुल्झापुर और गुवाहाटी। वर्ष 1936 में अपनी स्थापना के बाद से ही यह संस्थान सामाजिक विज्ञान, मानव विकास, लोक नीति तथा अर्थनीति के क्षेत्र में भारत के अग्रणी संस्थानों में से एक रहा है।
