For Foreign Funded Project entwed "Systems thinking approach to developing an integrated and patient centered intervention mdelfor care in primary care settings in India " (P-5411)

1. Position : Qualitative Research Lead

2. No of Post : 01

3. Qualification & अनुभव (Essential) : I. MPH/Masters in International Health and Management/MD Community Medicine/Ph.D in Social Sciences 2. year अनुभव in health research(Senior residency, period will be considered as equivalent to अनुभव) 3. Three research publications in Pubmed Indexed joumals.

4. Qualification & अनुभव (Desirable) : 1. Ph.D in health system research 2. अनुभव in systems thinking approach 3.Expereince in qualitative research analysis and interpretation

5. Consolidated remuneration : 74000/- per month

6. Tenure of Appomtment : One year (extendable) or completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

7. Brief job description : 1. Lead qualitative data collection, analysis and interpretation 2. Organize meetings, collect meeting minutes and regularly update the study team 3. Conduct in-depth interviews with policy makers and health system administrators at State and District Level 4. Prepare project reports and write publication quality manuscripts.
