शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Retired Staff
भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण(SAI) invites application for engagement of services of retired persons as लेखा अधिकारी (Level 7) & Junior लेखा अधिकारी (Level 6) on contract basis initially for a period of one year extendable up to 5 years on annual periodical review basis.
1. Post Name: लेखा अधिकारी (Level 7)
2. Nature of work:
i) Administration/Personal matters viz. Pension, Revision of Pay, etc.
ii) Procurement of Equipment etc. including through GEM.
iii) Matter related to Audit, Conduct of internal / concurrent Audit, furnishing replies to all audit reports etc.
iv) Preparation of Budget, expenditure vouchers, cheques and release of grant etc.
v) Preparation of Tender/e-tender/contract/agreements/ MOU.
vi) Timely filing of TDS Returns etc.
vii) Compliances of foreign Coaches वेतन & Pension
viii) All matters concerning Taxation including TDS calculations, deductions, deposit, filling of return etc.
ix) All banking related activities including preparing monthly Bank reconciliation statements and monitoring expenditure against the allocated budget on monthly basis.

4. Essential Qualification:
Retired in Pay Level-07 in Accounts/Audit Department or Completed 5years’ service in Accounts/Audit Department before retirement in Level 06 as per 7th CPC in Central/State Government/Union Territories offices/PSUs /Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies under Central/State Government.
5. Desirable i. B.Com / M.Com back ground. ii. Knowledge of working on computers. Should be able to work on Tally programme& MS Office

Contract:-They should have retired as लेखा अधिकारी or completed 05 years’ service as Assistant लेखा अधिकारी /Junior लेखा अधिकारी from the Central/State Government/Union Territories offices/PSUs /Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies under Central/State Government and possess the essential qualification and अनुभव as mentioned above

8. Term of engagement: Appointment shall be on contract basis initially for a period of one year, which can be extended from year-to-year basis up to maximum of 5 years or till the age of 65 years whichever is earlier.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. Candidates satisfying all the conditions of eligibility shall submit their application completed in all respect in the prescribed format given in the Annexure which shall be either handwritten in bold capitals or typewritten on A-4 size paper only.
2. The copy of the certificate in proof of age, qualification, अनुभव, Last Pay drawn and drawl of pension etc. must be enclosed along with application form.
3. The candidate can also download the application format from the website of SAI i.e. www.sportsauthorityofindia.nic.in.
4. The application duly completed in all respect with enclosures should be sent in the closed cover “Application for appointment as Consultant in Accounts” super scribed on the envelop and addressed to Sports Authority Of India, Udhav Das Mehta (Bhai Ji) Central Regional Centre, Gram-gora, Bishenkheri, Suraj Nagar, Bhopal (M.P)-462044
5. The application must reach at the aforesaid address either by hand or by post or carrier on order before 24.01.2022 till 5 PM.

वर्ष 1982 में नई दिल्ली में आयोजित एषियाई खेलों का उत्तराधिकारी संगठन भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण को संकल्प में दर्षाए अनुसार खेलों का प्रोत्साहन करने के उद्देष्य से खेल विभाग, भारत सरकार के संकल्प संख्या 1-1/83/भाखेप्रा दिनांक 25 जनवरी, 1984 के अन्तर्गत सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम 1860 के अन्तर्गत 01 सोसायटी के रूप में स्थापित किया गया । इसे युवा कार्यक्रम एवं खेल मंत्रालय की ओर से 1982 में नई दिल्ली में आयोजित नवें एषियाई खेलों के लिए निर्मित/नवीनीकृत निम्नलिखित स्टेडियमों का अनुरक्षण और उसका उपयोग करने का दायित्व भी सौंपा गयाः-
1. जवाहरलाल नेहरू स्टेडियम
2. इंदिरा गांधी स्टेडियम(इंडोर) औरयमुना वैलोड्रम
3. मेजर ध्यान चंद राष्ट्रीय स्टेडियम
4. डा० श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जीतरणताल परिसर
5. डा० कर्णी सिंह निषानेबाजी रेंज
इसके साथ साथ खेल चेतना को प्रोत्साहन देने और उसका विकास करने के लिए एकीकृत दृष्टिकोण अपनाने के उद्देष्य से सम्पूर्ण शारीरिक षिक्षा एवं खेल संस्थान सोसायटी (स्नाइप्स) , जिसमें ने०सु०रा०खे० संस्थान पटियाला और इसके केन्द्र तथा ग्वालियर और तिरूवन्नतपुरम में स्थिति 02 ल.रा.शा.षि. महाविद्यालय सम्मिलित थे, को ०1 मई 1987 को भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण के साथ मिला दिया गया । तथापि ल.रा.शा.षि. महाविद्यालय, ग्वालियर को ”विष्वविद्यालय का दर्जा” प्राप्त होने के पश्चात्� सितम्बर 1995 में भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण से अलग कर दिया गया ।
