5. Qualification:

a. Transfer Technology: Essential: M.Sc. in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ M.Sc. Microbiology/ M.Sc. Botany with minimum 55% marks. Desirable: Working knowledge in computer and अनुभव in related field

b. :Crop Improvement Essential: M.Sc. Botany/ Biotechnology with minimum 55% marks. Desirable: Working knowledge in computer and अनुभव in related field

c. Entomology Essential: M.Sc. Agricultural Entomology/ Zoology with minimum 55% marks.

d. Agronomoy & Soil Science Essential: M.Sc. Chemistry with minimum 55% marks Desirable: One year work अनुभव in handling GC/ HPLC/ Soil Analytical works

मसाला बोर्ड (वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार) भारतीय मसालों के विकास और विश्वव्यापी संवर्धन का केंद्रीय संगठन है। बोर्ड भारतीय निर्यातकों और विदेशी आयातकों के बीच की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कड़ी है। बोर्ड, मसाला उद्योग के हरेक खंड की शामीलाती के साथ भारतीय मसालों की उत्कृष्टता केलिए कार्यकलापों की अगुवाई करता आ रहा है।

मसाला बोर्ड का गठन मसाला बोर्ड अधिनियम 1986 (1986 की सं.10) के अधीन पूर्ववर्ती इलायची बोर्ड (1968) और मसाला निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद (1960) के विलयन से 26 फरवरी 1987 को हुआ । मसाला बोर्ड, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय के अधीन प्रवृत्त पाँच पण्य बोर्डों में से एक है । यह एक स्वायत्त निकाय है, जो अनुसूचित 52 मसालों के निर्यात संवर्धन और इलायची(छोटी और बड़ी) के विकास हेतु उत्तरदायी है ।
