Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up Group 'A' S&T vacancies given below. The vacancies are proposed to be filled-up by Absorption/Direct भर्ती basis. Appointment made on Direct भर्ती basis shall be on contract basis for a period of three years which is likely to be regularized/ extended/ terminated depending upon the performance of the candidate during contract period.

4. Essential Qualifications and अनुभव:

i) For Direct Recruit:

(a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M.Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 17 years अनुभव. OR

(b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 15 years अनुभव. OR

(c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines linter- disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 12 years of अनुभव.

(d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA' Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in अनुभव.

ii) For Absorption: In case of absorption, officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:

i) holding analogous post on regular basis. OR having 5 years regular service in Level 13 (Rs. 123100-215900). AND

ii) possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct भर्ती.

3. Pay Band and Grade Pay: Level 12 (Rs. 78800-209200)

4. Essential Qualifications and अनुभव:

i) For Direct Recruit:

(a) Bachelors' degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology with 10 years अनुभव. OR

(b) Master Degree in Tech./ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 08 years अनुभव. OR

(c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines linter- disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with 05 years of अनुभव.

(d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in अनुभव.

ii) For Absorption: In case of absorption, officers of the Central / State Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies:

a) holding analogous post on regular basis. OR having 5 years regular service in Level 11 (Rs. 67700-208700). AND

b) Possessing qualifications as prescribed for Direct भर्ती.

4. Essential Qualifications and अनुभव: For Direct Recruit:

(b) Master Degree in Tech/ Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science with 04 OR years अनुभव.

(c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines linter- disciplines alongwith qualification mentioned at (a) or (b) above with one (1) year अनुभव.

(d) Candidate possessing qualification as at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law would be eligible for two (2) years relaxation in अनुभव.

1. Name of the Post: Member Technical Staff E.I (Scientist 'B')

2. No of Post: 11

3. Pay Band and Grade Pay: Level 10 (Rs. 56100-177500)

4. Essential Qualifications and अनुभव: For Direct Recruit:

(a) Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications with 1st class or M. Sc. with 1st class in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics/ Information Technology. OR

(b) Master Degree in Tech] Engineering with 1st class in Electronics/ Electricals/ Electronics & Communications/ Telecommunications/ Computer Science. OR

(c) Ph.D. in Science/ Engineering in any of the above mentioned disciplines linter- disciplines alongwith qualification with 2nd class mentioned at (a) or (b) above or having any of the above qualification with 2nd class mentioned at (a) or (b) above followed by MBA/ Degree in Law.

Selection Procedure

Selection for the above posts shall be on Interview basis except for the post Member Technical Staff, E-l (Scientist 'B') for which written examination followed by interview shall be conducted. Received application by the last date of receipt of application shall be screened and screened-in candidate shall be called for Personal Interview. Candidate recommended by the Selection Committee shall offered appointment.
