शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Consultant (Administration): i. Retired Govt. Servant/Autonomous/PSU (preferably Group ‘A’ officials) having at least 5 years working अनुभव in the relevant fields. ii. Having knowledge of rules & regulations of the Govt. of India on the subject of Administration, Establishment and Legal related matters.

Consultant (Civil): i. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering ii. Must have retired from Central Govt./ State Govt./ Autonomous bodies/PSU, after rendering at least 2 years service as Executive Engineer.

Consultant (Electrical): i. Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering ii. Must have retired from Central Govt./ State Govt./ Autonomous bodies/PSU, after rendering at least 2 years service as Executive Engineer.

Consultant (Official Language & Communication): Retired Govt. Servant (preferably Group ‘A’ officials) Autonomous/ PSU of Govt. of India having post graduate degree/ diploma with at least 5 years working अनुभव in the relevant fields.

Outreach Officer: MBA’ OR ‘Masters Degree or equivalent’ in Film studies / Mass communication / Communication / Journalism OR Diploma from ‘FTII / SRFTI or equivalent’ with 03 years of अनुभव in the field of outreach / International Relations / Advocacy related to the job profile. OR ‘BBA’ OR ‘Degree or equivalent’ in the Film studies / Mass Communication / Communication / Journalism and 01 year certificate course from ‘FTII / SRFTI or equivalent’ with 04 years of अनुभव in the field of outreach/ International Relations/ Advocacy related to the job profile. OR ‘BBA’ OR ‘Degree or equivalent’ in Film studies / Mass Communication / Communication / Journalism with 05 years अनुभव in the field of outreach / International Relations / Advocacy related to the job profile.

सत्यजीत राय फ़िल्म एवं टेलीवीजन संस्थान (एस.आर.एफ़.टी.आई) कोल्काता, पश्चिम बंगाल में एक चलचित्र संस्थान है। इस संस्थान की स्थापना 1995 में हुई थी और इसे सोसाइटी के रूप में 18 अगस्त, 1995 में पश्चिम बंगाल सोसाइटीज़ पंजीकरण अधिनियम 1961 के तहत पंजीकृत किया गया था। यह संस्थान एक स्वायत्त संस्थान है, जिसका भरण-पोषण सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा किया जाता है। इसको प्रसिद्ध बंगाली चलचित्र निर्देशक सत्यजीत राय के नाम पर रखा गया है।
