Requirement of Retired Govt/PSU employees on contract basis on fixed remuneration.

RITES Ltd. is providing General Consultancy Services for Bangalore Metro Rail Project. In this connection, RITES Ltd. needs retired (Govt/PSUs employees) professionals for the following Positions:

1. Position: Project Leader / Team Leader

2. No of Posts: 01

3. Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

4. Location/ of Period engagement: Bengaluru/ 4 years |(48 Months)

5. Total अनुभव अनुभव/ Relevant अनुभव:

Total Professional अनुभव of at least 25 years in Civil Construction. Minimum अनुभव of 10 years in construction Supervision of Major Railways/ Viaduct Projects Metro/ Flyovers/ Should have as Team Leader/ Resident Manager Construction Supervision of Major Railways/ Metro/ Flyover/ Viaduct Projects for a minimum period of 3 years. Engineer/ or equivalent in Project

6. Remuneration: Negotiable remuneration to be decided as per policy of the company on approval of CV by client.

7. Nature & period of Engagement:

The appointment shall be purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance. The actual deployment will be subject to approval of client.
