(i) Central/State govt. Employees holding substantive posts in Level-8 in the relevant discipline. OR
(ii) PSU employees working in analogous grade IDA E-2 (Rs.50000-160000/-) in relevant discipline OR
(iii) Posts carrying grade IDA E-1 (Rs. 40000-140000/-) for four years.
