शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): MBA/PGDM

WAMUL invites candidates for a Walk-In Interview for the recruitment of various positions on contract basis for a period of 02 years. The selected candidates will be placed at Maloibari, Khetri, Dist- Kamrup, Assam

1. Post Name: कार्यकारी (Manure Management Project)

2. Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Management /MBA/or any such relevant degree.

3. अनुभव:

Minimum 2 years of work अनुभव preferably on waste management projects /agriculture / livestock waste management projects. Moreover, prior working अनुभव with cooperatives/government agencies shall be preferable.

4. Number of Positions: 01 (on contract, initially for a period of 2 years)

5. Job Location: Maloibari, Khetri, Dist- Kamrup, Assam

6. वेतन: Gross CTC around Rs. 6.04 lakhs per annum including P.F & other contributions.

7. Main Responsibilities:

a. Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations of the plant.

b. Responsible for production output, product quality and timely despatch of finished products.

c. Allocation of resources effectively.

d. Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.

e. Prepare and execute the budgets for plant operations.

f. Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees.

g. Encourage and promote operations in a continuous improvement environment.

h. Recruit, hire, training of employees and monitor them on a regular basis.

i. Maintain plant site security systems OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety Policy) / Quality Systems.

8. Skills/ Attributes: Technical and Managerial:

a) Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and submission of reports.

b) Developing network for marketing of slurry-based products.

c) Setting up of targets and time line for achieving them for each of the team members and staffs.

d) Convening review and monitoring meetings with various stakeholders from time to time.

9. Skills/ Attributes: Social:

a) Lead, motivate and guide various stakeholders such as office staffs, marketing supervisors, material suppliers and other village-based functionaries for achievement of common tasks and goals.

b) Delivering results under crisis by maintaining calm and tactfulness.

c) Firm control over emotions and exhibiting patience.

10., Computer skills: Knowledge of latest MS Office package that includes MS-Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Exposure to MS Office Project Management package is preferred.

Selection Procedure

In case of overwhelming response, Managing Director, WAMUL reserves the right to conduct a written examination of the candidates. वमूल 1976 में असम के नगांव, मोरीगांव, गोलपारा, नलबाड़ी और कामरूप जिलों के दुग्ध उत्पादक सहकारी संघ के एक दुग्ध संघ के रूप में अस्तित्व में आया। असम में डेयरी विकास के लिए राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (एनडीडीबी) के ऑपरेशन फ्लड प्रोग्राम के तहत संघ की स्थापना की गई थी। समय के साथ, यह दूध उत्पादकों, तकनीकी पेशेवरों, बाजार और उपभोक्ताओं के बीच एक सहजीवी संबंध बनाने के लिए चला गया है।
