Skills / Eligibility

1. Position: कार्यकारी (Procurement & Input) for Village Based Milk Procurement system

2. Number of positions: 01 (on contract, initially for a period of 2 years)

3. Qualification: PGDM– Rural Management/ PGD– Development Management/ MBA(Rural Management)/ MSW from a recognized institute/University.

4. अनुभव: Minimum 2 years of working अनुभव preferably in rural/livelihood sector with an NGO/ Village based Institution. अनुभव in villagebased extension activities along with good communication and presentation skills will be an added advantage.

5. वेतन: CTC Rs.6.6 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions.

6. Job Specifications:

i) Skills/ Attributes: Technical Must have अनुभव of using Internet based applications, using and working with advanced word processing/spreadsheet including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.

ii) Skills/ Attributes: Managerial

a) अनुभव of providing capacity building for village based institution and dairy farmers. Should be a good motivator with exceptional communication skills.

b) Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently;

c) Should have अनुभव of working in rural environment and Ability to travel extensively.

d) Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.

वमूल 1976 में असम के नगांव, मोरीगांव, गोलपारा, नलबाड़ी और कामरूप जिलों के दुग्ध उत्पादक सहकारी संघ के एक दुग्ध संघ के रूप में अस्तित्व में आया। असम में डेयरी विकास के लिए राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (एनडीडीबी) के ऑपरेशन फ्लड प्रोग्राम के तहत संघ की स्थापना की गई थी। समय के साथ, यह दूध उत्पादकों, तकनीकी पेशेवरों, बाजार और उपभोक्ताओं के बीच एक सहजीवी संबंध बनाने के लिए चला गया है।

आज, वेस्ट असम मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर्स को-ऑपरेटिव यूनियन लिमिटेड का प्रबंधन राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड (NDDB) द्वारा किया जाता है, और गुवाहाटी और ऊपरी और निचले असम के शहरों में 50,000 लीटर से अधिक तरल दूध और 7000 लीटर दूध उत्पादों की दैनिक औसत मात्रा का विपणन करता है।
