शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Sc, M.A, M.Sc

PNGRB invites fresh applications for engagement of Individual Engineering Consultant on contract basis. The details of level of the Individual Engineering Consultants, qualifications and अनुभव required are as under:

1. Category of Individual Consultant: Individual Engineering Consultant

2. Qualification : Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Master’s degree in Science/ Economics/ Operations Research or equivalent from a recognized university or institution

3. अनुभव : अनुभव of more than 15 years in: (a) अनुभव of techno-economic project appraisal/evaluation/choice of project involving large investments in the field of oil and gas pipelines, storage capacities, marketing infrastructure/ city gas distribution etc.; or (b) अनुभव in development/ formulation of regulations or familiarity with latest technological developments in the oil and gas sector; or (c) अनुभव in setting up of city gas distribution network, its operation and maintenance; or (d) अनुभव in operation and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines; or (e) अनुभव in drafting of technical standards/safety codes pertaining to oil and gas pipelines and installations.

4. Desirable: Previous exposure to Competition Law

5. Lump sum monthly remuneration: For Individual Consultant under Level IV, Rs 1,10,000/- with 10 percent increase on successful completion of each year in PNGRB. No other allowance on account of conveyance, telephone, etc will be paid

1.
