शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Any Bachelors Degree, ITI, 12TH

3. Pay in Pay Matrix (As per 7th CPC Revised Pay): Initial Pay of 21,700/- in level 3 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016.
4. Essential Qualification & अनुभव: H.S.C. (10+2) in Science with minimum 60% marks + One year Certificate Course of Operation Theatre Assistant.
1. Name of Post: Stipendiary Trainee (ST/TM) Operator (Cat-II)
2. No of Post: 18
3. Pay in Pay Matrix (As per 7th CPC Revised Pay):
a) During 1st year of training, stipend of 10500/- Per Month.
b) During 2nd year of training, stipend of 12500/- Per Month.
c) After successful completion of training, the trainees are likely to be considered for appointment to the post of Technician/B in the pay of 21700/- in level 3 of Revised Pay Structure (Pay Matrix) under CCS (RP) Rules, 2016. Additional increment/s, as per extant rules, depending upon performance during training program may also be granted to deserving candidates.
4. Essential Qualification & अनुभव: HSC (10+2) or ISC (with Science subjects) with not less than 50% marks in Science and Mathematics individually. Shall have English as one of the subjects at least at SSC level examination.

Selection Procedure

आवेदन करने का तरीका (How to apply)
चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
1. A Candidate has to apply through online application form provided on the website “www.npcilcareers.co.in” only.
2. The online application form will be available on the website from December 03, 2021 to December 27, 2021 (16:00 Hrs).
3. It is mandatory to input all the relevant information (such as qualifying degree details, NPCIL contract अनुभव details, percentage marks, email address, contact mobile number etc.) to complete the online application process and get the Application number. Therefore, applicants are advised to keep such information ready before applying online.
4. Before applying online, candidate should scan his / her photograph in JPG format, of size not more than 50KB and a minimum of 125 x 165 pixels (4.4 x 5.8 in cm) in dimensions and signature in JPG format of size not more than 20KB and a minimum of 125 x 80 pixels (4.4 x 2.9 cm) in dimensions, for uploading. The photograph uploaded will be printed on the Admit Card and only the applicant whose photograph is printed on the Admit Card will be allowed to appear for Written Examination. The photograph should be in color, against a light colored preferably white background and if you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
5. The Online registration process consists of following steps:
Step 1: The applicant is required to furnish all basic information such as Name, Date of Birth, Category, Email, Mobile number and other exemption details, if applicable. On successful completion of this stage, activation link is sent to applicant’s email. Click on Apply = Online Registration from the top/left for registration.
Step 2: The applicant is required to activate the account by clicking on the activation link received through email after completing registration in Step 1.
Step 3: On successful completion of this activation, candidates can login using their login id and password for applying online. In this step the candidate is required to fill in all details of his/her Educational Qualifications, Work अनुभव, if any etc.This is a multi stage step where applicant is allowed to go to the next stage only on entering the information required for current stage. The sequence of stages is as follows:-
(i) a. Educational Qualifications
b. Work अनुभव
c. Personal Details
d. Upload Photo & Signature
e. Submit Application
(ii) The links for the above stages are available on Apply Online menu (Apply = Apply Online). The applicant should start by clicking on the "Educational Qualifications" link. Once information is saved, the next stage i.e. Work अनुभव will be made available for filling up the information.
(iii) On entering of all the information related to current stage, the applicant can use "Save and Proceed to Next Step" option at the bottom of form which will save the information entered in current stage and opens the next stage for filling. The next stage can also be opened using link provided in Apply Online menu (Apply = Apply Online).The information at any stage can be saved using the "Save and Proceed to Next Step" option.
(iv) Once the applicant reaches "Submit Application" stage, a draft of all the information entered by the applicant will be shown. At this point the applicant is allowed to modify any details entered in earlier stages. If the applicant is sure that all the information entered is correct, he/she can submit the application using "Submit Application" option. Applicant will not be allowed to make any changes in the information furnished once he/she submits the Application. After submission of application, an Application no. will be generated. The printed application is required to be brought at the time of Document verification /Skill Test/ Personal Interview.The Online Application Process for any of the post advertised is complete only after all the above mentioned applicable steps are complete.
6. Application Status can be seen by the candidate using "Application Status option" (Apply=>Application Status) after Login.
7. Initial screening is primarily based on the information provided in the online application form. It is, therefore, strongly advised that all the details should be carefully and correctly entered in online application form.
8. Applicants are required to keep the scanned signature and photograph (meeting the size specifications) ready for uploading at the time of online registration.
9. 'Online Application Form without valid signature and photograph will not be accepted.
10. After registering online, candidates are advised to take print out of their System generated online application form. Please note that the physical copy of the Application need not be sent to us, but if short listed will be required to produce the print out of application form.
11. Initial screening is primarily based on the information provided in the online application form. It is, therefore, strongly advised that all the details should be carefully and correctly entered in online application form.
