शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Arch, B.Tech/B.E, MBBS

नीति आयोग requires the services of a suitable officer for the post of Sr. Specialist: Labour, Employment and Skill Development on Contract/Deputation (including short-term contract) basis. The details are as under:-

1. Post Name: Senior Specialist

2. Consolidated Pay for contractual appointments: 2,20,000/-

3. Level and Pay Matrix for Deputation (ISTC): Level-13: Rs. 123100-215900

4. Period Contract/Deputation: 3 years Extendable upto 5 years

5. Essential Educational Qualifications:

Masters' Degree in any discipline or MBBS or Degree in Engineering or Technology (including B. Arch/B. Planning) from a recognized University or Passed in Sections A and B of the Institution Examinations of the Institute of Engineers (India) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Two years).

6. Desirable Educational Qualifications: Master in Labour Economics/ Sociology/ Political Science/ Other Social Sciences/ lndustrial Relations from a reputed Institute.

7. Minimum post qualification अनुभव in Years: 10 yrs

8. Contract:

Individuals working at comparable levels in Private Sector Companies, Consultancy Organizations, International / Multinational Organizations and possessing the essential educational qualifications, age and अनुभव as mentioned in Other terms and conditions of the contract will be governed by Flexi Pool Guidelines dated 24.04.2019, as and when amended and other Government of India rules and regulations, wherever applicable.

चयन प्रकिया: अभ्यर्थी का चयन लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में उनके प्रदर्शन के आधार पर किया जाएगा।

b) For candidates, who are applying on Deputation basis The application along with the following documents, may be forwarded through proper channel in the prescribed proforma duly signed by the candidate and countersigned by the Head of Office or any other Officer authorized to sign to 'The Under Secretary (Admn.IA), नीति आयोग , Room No.418, NITI Bhawan, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 ' within 45 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News.

(i) Up-to-date Confidential Report/APAR Dossier of the candidate concerned or photocopies of the Annual Confidential/Annual Performance Appraisal Reports of the candidate for the latest available five years (duly attested);

(ii) Vigilance Clearance in the prescribed detailed format signed by CVO of the department/organization; and

(iii) Integrity Certificate signed by an Officer of the rank of Deputy Secretary or above.

c) Last date for receiving of applications is 25th April, 2022

नीति आयोग (राष्‍ट्रीय भारत परिवर्तन संस्‍थान) भारत सरकार द्वारा गठित एक नया संस्‍थान है जिसे योजना आयोग के स्‍थान पर बनाया गया है।1 जनवरी 2015 को इस नए संस्‍थान के सम्बन्ध में जानकारी देने वाला मंत्रिमंडल का प्रस्‍ताव जारी किया गया। यह संस्‍थान सरकार के थिंक टैंक के रूप में सेवाएं प्रदान करेगा और उसे निर्देशात्‍मक एवं नीतिगत गतिशीलता प्रदान करेगा। नीति आयोग, केन्‍द्र और राज्‍य स्‍तरों पर सरकार को नीति के प्रमुख कारकों के संबंध में प्रासंगिक महत्‍वपूर्ण एवं तकनीकी परामर्श उपलब्‍ध कराएगा। इसमें आर्थिक मोर्चे पर राष्‍ट्रीय और अंतर्राष्‍ट्रीय आयात, देश के भीतर, साथ ही साथ अन्‍य देशों की बेहतरीन पद्धतियों का प्रसार नए नीतिगत विचारों का समावेश और विशिष्‍ट विषयों पर आधारित समर्थन से संबंधित मामले शामिल होंगे। नीति आयोग के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (सीईओ) अमिताभ कांत हैं। नीति आयोग के सदस्यों में विवेक देवराय, वी.के सारस्वत, रमेश चंद्र और विनोद पाल शामिल हैं। योजना आयोग और नीति आयोग में मूलभूत अंतर है कि इससे केंद्र से राज्यों की तरफ चलने वाले एक पक्षीय नीतिगत क्रम को एक महत्वपूर्ण विकासवादी परिवर्तन के रूप में राज्यों की वास्तविक और सतत भागीदारी से बदल दिया जाएगा।
