शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): B.Tech/B.E, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, M.Phil/Ph.D

Digital India Corporation is currently inviting applications for the following positions on Direct भर्ती / Deputation/ Transfer (Absorption) basis from open market and the officers of the Central & State Government, PSUs, Autonomous / Statutory Bodies of the Government of India, States & UTs.:

1. Post Name: Research Director

3. Pay Matrix Level: 13A of the 7th CPC (pre-revised pay scale PB4 Rs.37400 – Rs.67000 + GP Rs.8900)

4. Educational Qualifications & अनुभव: Ph.D with 12 years of post-qualification अनुभव or First class M. Tech. / M.E. or equivalent with 14 years of post-qualification अनुभव or B.E./B. Tech. or equivalent degree with 16 years of postqualification अनुभव from a recognized University/Institution in the areas of Information Technology (IT)/ Electronics/Computer Science/Telecommunication Technology or related areas. Candidate should have consistent academic record of First Class or equivalent from Matriculation onwards.

5. Deputation / Transfer (Absorption): Scientists or Technologist (S&T Officers) of the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Bodies of Central or State Government. Application through proper channel only will be considered for selection.

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis OR Three years of regular service in revised scale of Pay Matrix Level 13 (pre-revised pay scale Rs. 37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/-) AND

(ii) Possessing the qualification(s) prescribed for Direct भर्ती mode above.

6. Tenure of Appointment: The initial period of deputation shall be for two years, extendable as per Government instructions. The deputation of Government officers shall be under Foreign Service terms and conditions. The pay of the selected candidates will be regulated under the provisions contained in the DoPT OM No. 6/8/2009- Estt. (Pay.II) dated 17/6/2010 as amended from time to time.

a. Note 1: Age relaxation to be given to Government servants would be governed in accordance with DoPTs instructions issued from time to time.

b. Note 2: The crucial date of determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application from candidate in India.

4. Educational Qualifications & अनुभव: 1 st Class B.E/ B. Tech. / MCA/ or equivalent degree in relevant discipline with 11 year’s अनुभव. OR Postgraduate in Engineering/ Technology in relevant discipline with 9 year’s अनुभव OR 1st class Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline with 11 year’s अनुभव OR Ph.D with 7 years relevant अनुभव.

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis OR Five years of regular service in revised scale of Pay Matrix Level 12 (pre-revised pay scale Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600/-) AND

(ii) Possessing the qualification(s) prescribed for Direct भर्ती mode above.

6. Tenure of Appointment: Appointment shall be for five years on contract basis and shall be on probation for one year from the date of joining Digital India Corporation. This period of probation shall be considered as part of the length of service of 5 years.

a. Note 1: Age relaxation to be given to Government servants would be governed in accordance with DoPTs instructions issued from time to time.

b. Note 2: The crucial date of determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application from candidate in India.

1. Those candidates, who are already in regular or contractual employment under Central / State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies, are expected to apply through proper channel or attach a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned with the application OR produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview.

2. The years of अनुभव mentioned as requirement shall be of post-qualification for all posts.

3. Digital India Corporation reserves the right to fill all or some or none of the positions advertised without assigning any reason as it deems fit.

4. This position is purely temporary in nature for the project of Digital India Corporation and the appointees shall not derive any right or claim for permanent appointment at Digital India Corporation or on any vacancies existing or that shall be advertised for recruitment by Digital India Corporation in future.

5. Digital India Corporation reserves the right to terminate the appointments of all positions with a notice of one month or without any notice by paying one month’s वेतन in lieu of the notice period.

6. The maximum age shall be as on the last date of receipt of the applications. Screening of applications will be based on qualifications, age academic record and relevant अनुभव.
