Walk-in-Interview for the engagement of one Farm Worker in donkey dairy unit for purely on bilateral contract basis will be conducted at this Centre on the date(s)/time and venue and other details shown below. Engagement of this purely contractual position will be on co-terminus with the project/scheme/period of contract, as the case may be.

1. Post Name: Farm Worker (one) purely on contractual basis through bilateral contract.

3. Duration of engagement: One year only

4. The criteria for a person (to be engaged on bi-lateral basis) required for animal handling and farm work at ICAR-NRCE are as under:

5. Handling and farm work in donkey dairy unit Criteria for Bi-lateral engagement of a person:

a. The manpower is required for only one year.

b. The nature of job is farm related and requires expertise in equine management milking of equines, bedding, feeding, cleaning specially attending the animals at the time of foaling and during lactation.

c. The Manpower is required to work in shifts (day/night) as per requirements in normal and foaling times.

d. Animal handling, management and knowledge of farm work is requisite. The work/job is temporary in nature and if not found satisfactory can be terminated on notice as and when required.

e. A retired person (not more than 65 years of age) will be preferred, who ready to work on bi-lateral basis. Person having अनुभव of 10 to 15 years in equine management

6. Description of Duty: Equine management and handing of equines on regular basis, as well as during foaling as special needs even in odd hours.

7. Period of Contract: One year

8. Fixed monthly consolidated Package: Rs. 12000.00 per month

Selection Procedure

All eligible candidates are advised to be present at least 30 minutes before scheduled time on the date of interview for completing necessary formalities. Canvassing in any form will disqualiff the candidates.
