Applications are invited for software professionals to work in software development projects at NIT Jamshedpur purely on Contract basis, initially for a period of six months, which may be extended depending upon the requirement of the Institute and assessment of performance:

3. Educational Qualification: 4 years’ Engineering Degree in CSE or IT / M.Sc. (IT) / M. Sc. (CS) / MCA with minimum 60% marks from a recognized institution and Having at least two years’ अनुभव in Software development OR 3 years’ Diploma in CS or IT / B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. (CS)/ BCA / with minimum 60% marks from a recognize institution and Having at least four years’ अनुभव in Software development.

4. Essential expertise: Minimum 3 years of software development अनुभव.

5. Desirable expertise: Should have positive attitude to learn new skills and technologies. Should be a quick leaner and develop skills in Spring Framework, J2EE technologies, especially on JSP, JDBC, XML; Database/SQL knowledge in RDBMS PostgreSQL. Write well designed, testable, efficient JAVA code. Should have efficient communication skill, problem solving skill and analytics skill.

6. Tentative Monthly वेतन: Rs. 40,000 to 50,000 (depending upon qualification & अनुभव) [The final वेतन will be decided by the selection committee on the basis of years of अनुभव and technicalexpertise judged through interview.]
