1. Position: Senior IT Consultant – Arunachal Pradesh

3. State: Arunachal Pradesh
4. Reports To: Regional Head North East / Head of State designated Agency
5. Job Description (JD)
a. Assess the activities accomplished and yet to be undertaken by the State.
b. Assess current ICT levels at various State / District levels
c. Close coordination with all stakeholders including NIC HQ, System Integrators, Departments and Districts etc.
d. Assess training needs of Departments/ Districts staff
e. Support Government of Arunachal Pradesh for Common Application Software (CAS) customization, obtain feedback/ approvals from State Govt. and communicate the same to NIC’s / ITD / SI software development team.
f. Monitoring status and progress of activities under the scheme, such as Application software / CAS customization & configuration, training of staff & officers, hardware / software deployment & installation at various locations in the State, data updation etc.
g. Identify the issues and risks, provide mechanism to resolve the issues and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
h. Coordinate with Service Provider to ensure availability of bandwidth across various locations
i. Support State and Department in preparing publicity and awareness campaigns.
j. Support State and Departments for undertaking assessment of the project as per the scheme provisions

7. Desirable CriteriaPost Graduation: MBA / M. Tech.
8. Desired Skills & अनुभव25 plus years of अनुभव in IT Projects, infrastructure deployment / software development, hardware, networking, security management in IT projects 5 years अनुभव of managing a complete life cycle of large scale IT / e-Governance projects
