1. Position: AVP - Business Applications – Goods & Service Tax Network (GSTN), Delhi

2. अनुभव: 10-16 Years

3. Role Description

a. To articulate business requirements into functional requirements and collaborate with consultants/ vendors to create a design framework for application environment inside GST system & other applications.

b. The role holder would also be responsible for implementing the developed GST Application, Integration / Value Added Services / Other Applications, security aspects of applications & software components and maintain relationship with consultants/ vendors on an ongoing basis and capability to assist in defining application security architecture to ensure confidentiality and integrity of information.

4. Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Design and Implementation, Provide inputs to the overall strategy pertinent to Application development / Integration / Value added Services / Other applications;, Converting functional objectives into Technology solutions, Ensure implementation of the IT strategy, Ensure adherence to the departmental budget

5. Key Attributes & Skills:

a. B.Tech (IT)/ B.E. degree / MCA / MBA IT / B.Sc with min. 10-14 years of IT अनुभव in software development and maintenance at functional cum technical levels

b. Expert knowledge and demonstrated अनुभव in software development throughout the software development lifecycle

c. अनुभव in the areas of defining Application security and vulnerability assessment.

d. अनुभव in managing large & complex IT software project

e. अनुभव in using industry standards, technology standards and architecture frameworks in building the architecture blueprints and their implementation

f. अनुभव in adopting the structured implementation based on proven methodologies and models

g. अनुभव in tracking the project/program risk identification, mitigation in a structured way

h. अनुभव in implementing the portfolio or program management tools and adoption of the same

i. अनुभव in Vendor management, change management in designing the solution and/or executing those solutions in an organization.
