1. Post Name : Leader

2. Required Skills/Abilities:

a) Ability to summarize key issues and opportunities

b) Good understanding of commodities downstream value chain (marketing and distribution)

c) Deep understanding of the e-commerce / e-marketplace industry

d) Understanding of the Agriculture industry would be an advantage

e) Ability to conduct a stakeholder assessment, assess the industry landscape and identify key opportunities/challenges by priority

f) Knowledge of emerging digital technologies – RPA, ML, NLP, and AI etc. and their applicability to specific stakeholder issues

g) Ability to construct a narrative and communicate that in verbal and written format

h) Ability to research and synthesize issues from a range of sources and stakeholders

i) Ability to brainstorm with the team to improve the rigor of company strategy

j) Demonstrated capacity to convene, manage and lead large groups— ensuring all voices are heard but with an ability to drive to consensus and action

k) Good understanding of agriculture downstream value chain (marketing and distribution)

l) Works effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals

m) Able to manage complex relationships and juggle priorities

n) Strong problem solving, analytical, project management, and planning skills

o) Has strong relationship and influencing skills

p) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

3. Required Qualifications:

a) Graduate in the field of Agriculture Science or Engineering or Computer Science

b) Prior अनुभव in working for/with Government is a must.

c) Post-Graduation in Management or Food and Agri-Business from a reputed institute would be an advantage

d) Minimum 25+ years of work अनुभव in relevant field

e) Proven track record of driving technology led transformation programs
