शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): LLB

1. Post Name: सहायक प्रबंधक – Legal Expert, Meity Legal Cell, Contractual

2. Job Description:

a) All legal matters on Cyber Laws & related Acts (IT Act/ Aadhaar Act/ Evidence Act/ Copy Right Act// Data Protection/ Privacy framework)

b) Assisting in framing of Rules/Regulations and amendment in IT Act, data Protection Laws and relating issues.

c) Drafting replies to legal cases/affidavits, monitor and pursue court cases by interacting with officers/SG/ASG/Central Govt. Counsels.

d) Update information on various court cases where Cyber Law group has to respond.

e) Work collectively with team of other officers performing similar tasks across other service areas to ensure consistency in approach and quality of work.

f) Any other matters involving interpretation of laws/rules/ regulations etc.

3. अनुभव: L.L.B (Minimum) from a reputed institution

4. Specialisation in Cyber laws and IPR laws desirable

a) Minimum 2.5 years (on the date of application)अनुभव as a practising advocate or in handling legal matters in PSU/Companies/Corporate houses/Law Firms/Institutions.

b)अनुभव in drafting rules/regulation/responses to legal notices/vetting contracts, preparation of affidavits etc. related to IT Act, Copy Right, IPR and related Acts.

c) Familiarity with court procedure is must.
